I haven't really felt hungry this week which worked well with my intention to just not eat a whole lot (always find that so much easier than having a nice meal and then getting hungry after it).

It's easy enough for me to lose a lot the first week but the motivation goes quickly and I put it all back on so hopefully being accountable to all of you will help me break the cycle. 

Well done everyone who has lost and hang on in there those who haven't.

Morning everyone loss of 2 lbs for me if I can have a good week this week I will be in the next stone down that should keep me motivated

2Ibs loss for me too.
Hopefully I can keep it up. Bit of a sad week though as I had my little dog PTS. She had advanced dementia so it's been strange not taking care of her.
