I forgot to post last week - doh. I'm pleased to say that my weight loss is more consistent than my posting - 3.5 pounds over 2 weeks.

Apologies for not posting and weighing in myself last week.
I've put on 5 pounds and am currently 18 stone 8 pounds.
I've been struggling to eat healthier and to not eat the wrong thing.
I have lost motivation, am struggling to cook healthier as a vegetarian and am finding it hard to not buy and eat the wrong thing.
I'm aware I'm probably comfort eating and am likely on the rebound from leaving slimming world the umpteenth time.Decluttering campaign 2023

Sorry things are a struggle at the moment Penny, I'm sure the colder weather as we head towards winter isn't helping either. I always eat this time of the year my body must think it's going to hibernate as must put on another layer of fat. Remember to be kind to yourself

When converted to imperial, I'm back to my quarter's starting weight of 8st 7lb (actually 0.1kg more but we won't worry about that).

Late posting this week, STS for me (well 0.2 change).
The insomnia has hit again, going to sleep at 4 in the morning for the last 2 weeks and spending the rest of the day as a member of the walking dead is not ideal, swimming and a few walks on the beach have had no effect.
My main supply of meat has been cut, I usually buy M&S sandwich turkey and a fresh breast joint for dinner from a couple of other shops, ruddy Xmas. In desperation I thought I'd try cottage cheese, and the IBS hit, @Soontobeoap your wise words are now imprinted on me as a warning

2lbs down this week. Feeling fitter too after a few strength workouts and I've managed two short runs. It is getting harder to go outside, the weather's been horrible here.
