3Ibs back on for me this week.

TBH Im surprised it wasnt more! I think I got off lightly given I had a 2 day long binge and probably ate about 20,000 calories! (Im a terrible binge eater....will literally eat until I feel sick, then eat an entire tub of ice cream regardless!).
I think last month just got to me. I had lots of medical appts and managed to get diagnosed with 3 different things! (thankfully nothing serious but still made me feel like Im falling apart!LOL). And I still have a scan result outstanding.
Also dealing with a 16yr old dog with dementia who takes alot of time and worry (not to mention the 17 yr old and 13 yr old as well, its a canine nursing home here!).
ah well, onward and downward! Just roasted a giant pile of healthy veggies and tofu for a veggie curry so hopefully that will help.

1.5lbs loss for me this week. I feel like the diet switch has been turned on in my brain. From long experience, I know it can switch off just as easily.6

I seem to have somehow missed a week, but I have lost 1lb @BramblingNelliegrace I have cut all UPF seed oils and added sugars from my diet and am no longer type2 with no brain fog any longer.

Just weighed and I've lost 3 pounds somehow this week.
18 stone 5 rather than 18 stone 8.
I'm going to start writing down what I'm eating and keep trying to gradually eat healthier.Decluttering campaign 2023

Hello
Weighday -3.5lbs please Brambling.
Wasn't expecting that much as had a couple of meals out including wine. I have done extra walking this week though so maybe that helped.Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025

1.5 Off please Brambling.
Think the IBS has calmed down, and the swimming / walking has kicked in. I'm also back on cooked dinners, so steamed veg, weighing a small amount of potato and turkey / chicken (minus the trimmings as not a fan) appears to be a lower calorie and high protein option for me. I've got 4 lb to shift in 4 weeks to hit holiday target.
I did tell the husband that on flight day "I'm going to fill my face", only to be reminded that it's an early flight and I won't wake up until I'm halfway there.
Well done all, dark nights are not helping. Have a good week.MFW - 01.10.21 £63761 01.10.22 £50962 01.10.23 £39979 01.10.24 £27815. 01.01.25. £17538

I forgot to weigh myself yesterday - probably because I knew it wouldn't be good news.
Today I have to say it's a 1lb gain.
(That followed two days when I ate a 100g bar of fruit & nut chocolate each day - at least those have been removed from the kitchen drawer and can't keep tempting me and won't be replaced this year.)4 -
Slightly late but STS for me please. Seems I just can't lose any weight at the moment.2

STS for me. Bit annoying as calories out have been more than calories in most days.
On holiday now for a couple of weeks. I struggle with eating 'properly' abroad, being veggie. I tend to have more lovely fresh crusty bread, and chips than I would normally. Plus, I'm on holiday 😂🤷♀️ I do try and have lots of salad! And aiming to walk and swim a lot too. Hopefully won't gain too much.
Hope you all have a lovely week!6
