Quite a productive day today got the garden all ready for Spring. Done the lawn, trimmed the edges and prepared my vegi patch. It is only a raised bed 3ft by 2ft but I have sown lettuce, spring onion and radishes. Also got peas indoors ready to plant out. Done dill and parsley so should be self sufficient soon. Potatoes are not quite ready to get out yet need to chit some more.

Also played 9 holes of golf which was lovely in the sunshine. I feel quite stiff from my gym session still so did not fancy going up there. Will do body balance tomorrow though.

Hope you have all enjoyed the sunshine today.

Well done on all that gardening nature-smiley-5405.gif :T - I need to get out and do mine. My lawn needs a mow:eek: I lost quite a few plants and pots this year because of the snow and frost:o

Well done on golf, gym and body balance :D Gardening counts as exercise too

Would you like to come and have a go at my lawn? I'm neglecting it in favour of the vegi patch

Setmefree and SmlSave glad you are into gardening too. I think it is quite relaxing and I love home grown veg it is just so nice. DH does not eat much veg so it is ideal that I can just pick what I want. I am not really a lawn person but ours do look better after Greenfingers have done their stuff.

Just watching golf on the telly, quite boring but waiting for Law & Order UK at 9pm.

DH managed to turn the £10 free chips from Stan James into £12 cash so not bad. Just looked at booking a hotel for my visit to HW on Wednesday. Where I normally stay is £125 so that is way too much as I normally pay about £65. there is on further out of town but we are going for a drink after work so that is not ideal. Might as a workmate if I can stay with her instead.

Well enough rambles will turn it off now.

Sitting at Clacket Lane Services using the free WIFI as I am a bit early for my appointment. Staying over night near to HQ but by nice hotel had risen to £112 so having to stay in a Premier Inn without WIFI but more sadly no cashback via Quidco. Never mind at least I earn Nectar points in the restaurant which is cool.

As we only have an allowance of £3.50 a day for lunch and I am getting lunch at the place I am training I did not want to take the mickey and buy a cake too with my coffee. £2.49 for a coffee is a lot and it keeps me slim not eating cake.

A bit sore after my gym session last night, tried out my new programme from my personal trainer. Really good. Found the foam roll I want on Ebay, seller is really local to DH job so I can save the £7 postage. Unfortunately I saw my PT last night and he said he had got some coming in tomorrow. They are the 1/2 size ones I really want but if I buy the big one I can cut it in 1/2. Not sure what to do as the ebay one is £17 and I don't know what the other one is yet. If it is cheaper I should go for that but if not I will get the big one and in effect have 2. 1 can stay in my car and I can use it in my hotel.

Anyway enough rambles better hit the road again, oh I love the M25.....

Did a mystery shop today at Vodaphone. I dont normally want to do those as I am usless with mobiles. Anyway they phoned to ask if I could do it so I said yes. The lady was really nice and she showed how to do internet. It was £30 a month etc etc. I had no intention of getting a new phone as work pays for mine but DH's contract had run out. He ended up getting an upgrade and will now pay £5 a month for internet. Really cool as I can finally bet on my mobile and get a nice free £10 snr bet from Stan James every month. It also has satnav which is so sweet.

Yeah Pomey has just scored 2 -1 against Everton happy days.

Off to check if any other bookies does free bets on the mobile.

Lovely new week ahead of us, sunny and bright what more could you want. Off to the gym for Bodybalance then working from home. Only 1 overnight this week so not too bad.

Just checked my accounts online and the golf membership payment has gone off so the bathroom loan is now £4000. That is on top of the £11k mortgage got to do something about that really hopefully pay off another £500 at the end of the month.

Paid for our 3 night golf break in Devon in May totally out of Quidco/cashback money so that was nice.

Got on the scales and they said 83.4 which is pretty good as it was 84.2 last week.
