Back after a lovely golf break. A bit tired as it was hectic but really good. A long time to be away but the other 6 ladies are really nice and we did have a good time. The food was amazing and out of this world. Like Master Chef. Loads of cream and butter in everything and afternoon tea with home made cakes. I dread to go on the scales it will be horrid. Did not play that much golf as it is very cold and wet so did just over 2 rounds.
Back up to HQ tomorrow. Early start at 7am and not looking forward to it. Cooking chicken for tonight and still need to pack and sort myself out for tomorrow. Should spend some time with DH as have been away so much.
Mum has finally said yes to coming over in June and to go and see her brother in Spain. I got the Ryanair tickets for £27 plus Visa Charges so total £31. Not bad at all.
Better get on with packing - take care. Lovely news on the MFi3 thread.Save £12k in 25 No 49

You have my full sympathy on this one :A
Stuart can you help me with a questions regarding OWA it is driving me mad. I have worked out I can share diaries with people if I do it from a PC at the office so that bit is sorted however I can't see other peoples diaries when I am on my laptop. Do you know anyway to see them as it seems strange to me that you can book appointments and invite people to attend on OWA but not see their diary.
Thanks
TG
Just off to the office been working at the hotel. Not much wifi in my room last night so sitting in the lounge instead. Taking my assistant out for lunch and then home again. Need to see to people so better get on with it. Also having my phone taken for a website and I have no makeup with me. Not good really.Save £12k in 25 No 49

I agree you need proper trainers to do that. Need to protect knees ankles etc. I am going to get some soon found a shop that does 1/2 sizes. I am 7 on 1 foot and 7 1/2 on the other so 8 is hopeless for me.
Are you in/near Portsmouth - I know you suport Pompey? Alexandra Sports are fantastic for running/other trainers - pricey, but my knees only survive because I have decent shoes that are perfectly fitted for my feet. They do discount for military and other people - always worth asking!Mortgage Free thanks to ill-health retirement0 -

Is that in Hilsea near the Mountbatton Centre? My neighbour told me there is a shop there that is brilliant. I am planning to go there soon.
Shame about Stuart hope they are OK.
All is fine here just so glad it is Friday. Want to do Pilates today as I have my personal trainer session this evening. Not manage to do the programme once in 3 weeks but have been to the gym and played golf. My back is really playing up that is all down to the golf and driving. Done about 600 miles this week.
Did get on the scales this morning despite the lovely food at the weekend I am down to 84.2 which is better than 2 weeks ago.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Right update time,
Went to Alexandre Sports (were only 2min away at lunchtime) and got some trainders. £60 plus socks at £10. Very expensive but they are the right ones and I loved the service. They know their stuff and my feet are hopeless so if they can find something so suit them they are cool. Had to get size 8 which is a blow but hey its is not a catwalk I am going to use them on. Will see if I can get some more socks in the same brand on the internet at £10 is a lot.
Also Fitness First has refunded my £30 so that is a relief. I am not sure if it was the complaint that did it I am just happy I got it.
Paying the golf club my offsetting it on the mortgage so that is another £1600 to be added. Just hope we can be MFi3 only have 12 months to do it now and the offset balance is £4100 now. Scary.
Just doing a bit of work now before I am off to see my personal trainer. I have only been doing the classes not done the work out so feel like someone who has not done their homework now. Will have to own up I think.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Well done on getting some trainers TG. You are putting me to shame on the amount of exercise you are doing!
Managed to get some trainers myself...a little smaller than yours as I am only a size 4

Size 4 that is 1/2 my size. New trainers were great managed to balance better during my session. Did not own up and say I have not done the programme but he showed me some more exercises that will help with my golf game and stretch me out after playing golf and driving. Booked him again in 1 months time so that gives me time to do the programme.
So glad it is the weekend. Nothing planned but want to try to get out to play golf. Strange golf comp today for ladies so DH and I will just go and play.
Off to Makro to stock up need to have some meat for the freezer as it does help with meal planning. Made chicken stock last night so planning to cook some minestrone soup in the slowcooker.
Might have a go at Ladbrokes horse offer. Would be nice with some free bets.Save £12k in 25 No 49
