No sadly I didn't as you had to bet on the first goal scorer and there were no goals in the regular 90 min. Still get my £5 to play Black Jack with will let DH do that though.

Cat has survived his first night with this new flap even managed to get in on his own this morning. Looks a bit fed up with us this morning but hopefully he will get use to it.

Got an appoitment locally today so can fit Bodybalance in first. Feel so stiff after playing golf. Lovely and sunny here hope it lasts for the rest of the week.

Quidco has paid out, nice I can update my signature now & show how much weight I have gained really going the wrong way that.

Free £5 to play Black Jack with did not turn into free money for me as the first two hands dealer had Black Jack. Well with just £1 left we just lost it. Never mind.

Got the renewal for the golf club membership and that is a tad expensive. DH pays it months but this is how the bill stacks up.

    Annual Bill
    Pay 1 lump sum £1829,15
    Pay monthly £1993.15

Or sign up for 3 years
    Pay 1 lump sum £1609.15
    Pay monthly £1753.15

That is £20 a month difference on the cheapest and most expensive. Now we are OK to sign up for 3 years so the difference is only £12 a month but I am thinking it is worth paying the lump sum even if we add it to the bathroom loan. £144 is a lot of money over the year.

Getting organised for my trip to Devon this weekend. Got the washing done and ran out in my dressing gown to get it in this morning as it started to rain. I really hope it does not start snowing when I am playing golf. Quite looking forward to it as the ladies going are 7 of the people at the club I really like best. It is 4 nights (1st night paid for by work) then 3 nights with golf every day and full board £175. That should be cheap weekend as I cannot drink and play proper golf.

Working from home today so could do Body Pump with neighbour but I am not going to will do Pilates tonight if I can find the timetable I think it is 8 to 9pm.

Interest on Mortgage paid for this month a total of £16.50. Was £26.50 last month. Nice as it was over £60 at the start of the year mainly due to rate cuts though.

Your interest is the cost of a takeout! That's great news.

Golf membership doesn't look that bad and at least you play lots of golf so it won't be wasted.

Very impressed you are keeping up the gym. I still haven't started my NY resolution of exercising...oh well, a few more months left in the year!

So why are you not getting on with excercising I thought you had bought a Wii Fit?

My gym has just cut a load of classes but not the ones I really like. I think it just becomes a habit but it does help to have someone to go with.

Oohh bugg*r, I've been caught :rotfl:

Yep I was indeed going to buy/have bought a Wii Fit and then I had second thoughts..along the lines of..I'll never use it, I don't use the Wii now..I have loads of exercise DVDs, I'll do those...I'll go jogging, that will be cheaper...uuummmm, and so I haven't done anything.

However I am going to sign up to m,y local running club for a beginners course which starts next month. Just have to buy some proper trainers now.

So well done you for getting a lot further than myself in the exercise stakes. I promise I shall catch up sometime this year!

That sounds brilliant I wish I could run but I have such flat feet it looks hidious when I try so cross-trainer and bikes are better for me. I agree you need proper trainers to do that. Need to protect knees ankles etc. I am going to get some soon found a shop that does 1/2 sizes. I am 7 on 1 foot and 7 1/2 on the other so 8 is hopeless for me.

Good luck with it much nicer to be outdoors.

Right off to Dorset for an appointment then off to Cornwal where I have 1 appointment before we go and play golf. It will be really nice as there are 8 of us going and it is the ones I am most friendly with eventhough most of them are 50+.

Said there was lots of snow on the South Coast so hopefully we wont be stuck in trafic. Leave about 12 to pick 1 lady up so need to pack and finish work off. Have Monday off but Friday I am oficially working. Should be OK as I don't get many calls on a Friday. Better make sure I speak to boss before Friday.

Still not sorted visit out to HQ next week. Oh how I don't really want to go but hey that is next week.

My mum is going to come over for a few days in June. Then she is going to fly down to see her brother in Malaga. It is £0 with Ryanair so £27 incl taxes so that is a real bargin. Problem is she can't get hold of her brother so I might not be able to book it today. Not sure how long that deal will be around.

Well better get on with it.
