  • Hi Tallgirl sounds lovely. Would love to go to Cornwall its on my list for next year as I've never been, infact so many places in this country I haven't seen as I tend to go abroad for holidays which is a shame really, its just the weather.

    Have a nice evening.

Cornwall is lovely especially when its sunny and warm. I can image the trafic being a real pain when all the tourist come down here but I don't tend to go in August so miss that usually. There are quite deprived areas of Cornwall too last time I went to Redruth and trust me it is grim.
KeepingMotivated I hope you make it down here next year, I book via Laterooms 5% cashback on Quidco and usually pay abnout £60 for a nice hotel.

Back from Somerset and totally knackered. Long drive did not get in until 18.30. Going out for something to eat as can't be asked to cook anything. Stressing about my speech for an AGM tomorrow that I have not finished, lots and lots to do before the holiday but hopefully I will get it all done.

Feeling a bit off this morning could have been the wine I am not sure. We did not go in the end, had an omelet sat outside with the fire on. Very nice even if we did have a few spots of rain.

A bit worried about my speech for the AGM. I have 2 1/2 hours before I need to leave so need to get on with it. Once it is done I can start looking forward to the holiday. Will be manic tomorrow trying to pack while Mike is ripping out the ensuite and my cleaner is downstairs ironing. Ah well that is tomorrow.

    Right on with the speech.

AGM Speech went well relief it is done, sorted my speaker out, need to write 3 sales report before I go but all in all not too bad.

Windscreen repaired one less thing to worry about

Paid Mike for Bathroom £3400 still owe £400 odd for materials. Now its the Ensuite and cloakroom but still hoping to make it about £15. Totally wiped out my savings.

Mortage now £19k - nice. Just think if I hadn't had to bathrooms done I would owe less than £10k now.

    Hi Daisy
Sadly the MFi3 has been taken off the top and it is now just a normal thread so it might be on page 2 or 3 by now. The update was 12th July but if you PM me I will add it on now. Nice to hear from you again.

I really really should not be on this diary as I have 3 sales reports to do before we leave and I have not finished packing.

Made total mess of my fisrt bet at CanBet last night. Bet £200 on over under for some UEFA Cup game but got it wrong. I dutched with Betfair over/under 2.5 goals which is usually fine but CanBet does 2.5 - 3 goals. That meant I would loose about £80 if it is 3 goal exactly. I could not do a lot to fix it so hoped for the best while the match was in play. I then found a way to recover some of the loss but in the end it was 0-0 so I acutally made a £1 profit on the match. Really really stupid thing to do and I wont do that again. Found a match on Hamilton in the F1 so only need to do another £150 before I get my £200 bonus. Nice

Went to the pub for a snack last night. They are a promotion where you got to try a new drink. We had this fruity cider it was OK but would not order it again. Got to bottles one unopened so took that home and might find someone who likes it.

Thats it will try to post when I am in Denmark, can't be without this for a whole two weeks.
