For my 40th last week of July and 1st week of August.

Just uncorvered my garden funiture and sadly our Chiminea has cracked. It was really old and made of clay but we loved it. Thinking of getting this from Argos as we have £50 in Nectar points:

Then I saw this and fell in love its £96 delivered but so nice. Really not sure but we will get lots of use out of it as we often sit outside in the evenings.

Right Chiminea bought went to garden centre and found the above one in small, awfull quality really cheap looking at £89 for the small one. Went to another one and saw some more but no ceramic ones where you could take the lid off. Read online about the Argos one (reviews) and they did not sound good so discounted that one.

Went to Makro just on the off chance and they had one in just like the one modern one but in a much better material and 132cm so slightly larger. This one is not painted as made of stainless steeel so will last longer too. Price £60 plus vat so a large saving and really really nice. Just put it together and it looks fab. Just have to try it out tonight.

So tired been at a meeting all day and did not sleep well last night. Quite busy at work and done so much driving. Currently in Cornwall ready for a meeting tomorrow then heading back. Had to pay £5 for wifi (well work did) as the bl**dy McDonalds did not have free wifi. Premier Inn also charge really need to get that dongle sorted out.

Need an early night that is for sure so will log off now as I have nothing interesting to report. Hope you are all keeping well

Sorry I have not been around for a while been so busy at work. Had a good trip of the West Country home tomorrow and then weekend - yes need it. Got 2 Mystery Shop this Saturday and then 2 more next week. Quite nice to be back in the swing of things with MS. Need to stay overnight Sunday at HQ. Quite rubbish really but needs must. Cannot drive 2 x 200 miles in a day plus have a whole days meetings.

Also away Monday night but at least I can look forward to loads of Cashback with Quidco.

Watching the leaders debate but as I cannot vote I am not that keen really. I think they all sound the same really.

No gym and loads of wine this week so might as well give up might go and have a glass of rose now. Take care sorry for the waffle.

Now signed up for Mystery Shops done 2 today at the bookies did not win on my £2 bet but they gave me a free predictor thing and I got two scores right so have won £2 bet on the world cup.

Got 1 MS for a local hotel, staying there on a Saturday night they pay for dinner and breakfast too. Rooms cost £90 so should hopefully be nice and I get to use the local LA Fittness gym which I would like to check out anyway. Its less than 1 mile from our house but should still be good fun and free of course.

Saw loads of jobs all at the same time but by the time I had read the brief and got 1 job they were all gone. Need to check often if I want to get them.

Jack and Thomas can now get over the fence so they set off this morning on their adventures. Thomas jumped into the garden behind us and after a while he came back in. Jack on the other hand jumped into next doors garden and could not get back out. We knew he was in there so called him and could see him trying to get out. Served him right and in the end our neighbour called over so we could go and get him. Hopefully that has put him off at least they have only been in the garden all afternoon.

Thomas has finally learned to use the garden instead of his litter tray shame it was in my raised bed so had to go and buy more netting and poles to secure it. Still its nice if he stops using the litter tray even if we are going to keep them in at night so he can use it then of course.

Need to book a hotel at HQ for tomorrow night really cannot be asked but would be a good idea to do it now.

Thanks aboutmetoo yes it does look lovely that Summerhouse it will be fab to spend time with the family and play golf too. Heaven.

Currently in a hotel a real rubbish one, food was average and most of the menu was off as they are changing it tomorrow. Funny its part of the same chain as DH and are a MS next month hope our local one is nicer than this one or I shall go home and sleep.

Sunday nights in hotels really suck at least I shall be home tomorrow early. Currently having my first glass of wine since Saturday. Hope you are all well.

Sorry been really busy with work loads of appointments which is good and will please the boss. Got a 3% payrise and if I do make my target will get 5% 10% or 20% on top of that. Nice.

Work is a pain though major changes which I cannot really go into but if worst comes to the worst we will loose a big market share and I am not sure they will need us sales people. Not a major worry as there are other sectors we can get into.

Done loads of Mystery Shop and love getting back into it. Done 3 bookies and tonight a pub. Got two lunches at £30 each, a hotel at £110, a sandwich shop, a sports shop and a nice shop to do. Look forward to it and DH is really up for it too.

Not doing well dietwise and not been to the gym but to be fair have been so busy with work anyway that is my excuse and I am sticking to it.

Kittens still lovely developing real personalities. Been sitting outside with the new Chiminea and its works well for grilling bananas.
