Thanks TallGirl! Yep, I'm totally looking forward to the move, tho the Nationwide are messing me around quite a lot - if they make any more mistakes, I'll go mortgage free, and do the alterations I want to do with a 0% credit card. Delay after delay with the survey, and feedback on what the underwriter requires thats so cryptic as to be useless. I'm very underwhelmed with them right now :D

Done some really good money saving this weekend. Put 4 items on Ebay so should raise a bit and got a hotel Mystery Shop. As you know we are going to watch the golf at Celtic Manor next weekend staying on the Friday night in a hotel in Newport at £69 + £10 breakfast. However this hotel is in Salisbury so although we wont be right there it is 50 miles nearer that coming from home and of course it is free. Its a bit strange as it said will pay up to £300 in expenses but you can only claim for the room plus breakfast. Now to me there is no way that could be £300 as the room is only £64. Still its a good deal as its free and we save on the hotel in Newport.

Played golf today, really nice and not wet like yesterday. Went shopping in Chichester yesterday with my friend did not spend too much. Actually spent my £5 freebie gift voucher in House of Frasers and got 20 greeting cards. Quite nice ones too (plain ones) My friend had never seen the cathedral so that was nice to show her. She stayed over so I was a bit tired this morning but still good to get out there. Now just chilling out and will try to dig out some photos of the boy they are so cure on the sofa right now.

Hope you are all enjoying your Bank Holiday.

    Morning
Off to the West Country today have to do a training course down there its me who is running it so need to pack the car with everything.

Got 8 items on Ebay 3 have bids on them but quite low still hopefully it will pick up. Its all branded goods and most brand new with Tags and that helps a lot I find.

Been really good not had a drink since Sunday and no eaten any junk however now that I shall be on the road until Thursday evening that might change. I will try to do better as it was rubbish that I stayed the same last week.

Helps to have nice stuff in the garden last night we had spinnach and new potatoes with Frikadeller (Swedish Meatballs) so not too bad. Run out of millk so cannot have my hot chocolate in the evenings which is my choco fix.

Glad this is a short week and we have Friday/Saturday with the hotel and golf to look forward too.

Thomas and Jack spend the whole morning on the bed (I woke up at 5am) they are so cute like that in particular Thomas loves to snuggle up to you in bed. Glad they sleep downstairs as I could not cope with them all night.

Still not sorted the IFA thingy out but will try and do that on Sunday at least read it all again and see if I can understand it.

Sitting in our free MS hotel really nice sunny evening so have been sipping pims in the beer garden and beeing a Weatherspoons its quite cheap. Picked up another Lloyds No1 bar for tomorrow night just drinks no hotel.

Quite a nice hotel and really central. So nice its Friday West Country Trip was good but got stuck 30 miles from home in a huge jam for 1 hour. So this week and next week I shall be in hotels rather a lot 4 out of 7 nights but at least I have DH with me and we are going to the golf tomorrow which will be nice.

Hope you are all enjoying the nice sunshine just don't get too burned.

Golf was great did spend a bit on food and drink while there but actually it was quite OK a lot less than if we had gone to Wentworth. Also nice that it was not too hot. Left about 5pm and had a good 2 hour journey back. Went straight to a MS at a local Lloyds No1 bar. Had some nachos and 3 drinks cost me £2.55 plus I get £5 for doing the MS. Really nice place in a Marina so we sat outside and enjoyed it. Bumped into a disabled man I worked for as a care assistant when I first went to the UK in my gap year. He lives locally and still has Danish girls helping him. I haven't seen him in 2 years so will try to keep in touch now. DH hates him and I must admit I can sometimes be quite happy not to see him for ages. He is only 50 so not actually that much older than us really.

Got home check my Ebay sales, all 6 items gone raised £26 not a lot but best item was surprisingly a Calvin Klein Shirt from TX Max which never really fitted me. Over £10 it raised. Rest really low not sure it is as good as it used to be Ebay. Got two printer cartridges on there for my old printer so they were paid for by work so whatever they raise is pure profit.

Plans for today is to go to Tesco to do a big shop as we are out of everything. Got my Tesco vouchers yesterday (we convert them to Airmiles) but loads of points and money off stuff too. Best one £12 off £80 shop and we need to buy wine so that should be fine. Might take a calculator as its hard to add up the shopping as we go along and no need to spend more than £80.

Also need to watch the last day of the golf on TV as the Danes are doing so well. Got two free £1 bets at the Golf put them on Anders Hansen and Thomas Bjorn to win. Odds 12/1 and 14/1 so would be a nice bonus if they do. Might try to get back into MB as already got an offer of a £75 free bet but you cannot withdraw until 16th June so will wait a bit. Don't want my money tied up.

Evening, training day went well apart from the outside cateres delivering 15 lunches instead of 30 so mad dash to get more food. Not the venues fault or mine but still annoying. Hopefully we get a discount.

Went out MS tonight nice meal in a pub and this evening there were loads of hotels on Retail Eyes, must have been about 50 in total. Sadly all for 1 person which is no good for me.

Did pick up a new one £45 to open a second current account. Now that is a nice one and local too.

Been paid for 6 out of 8 items so hopefully the last two will pay by cheque. Got some stuff for my niece for her birthday also paid for that and got 47p off from Paypal.

Need to go to bed now in my own bed in the last 7 nights I have only slept in my own bed 3 so look forward to it.

Hope you are all doing well.

Got a call from EDF Energy yesterday so got them to call back today as I did not have all the details to hand. Did some comparisons online and found I could save £637.83 a year that is fantastic news. When EDF called back they could only save me £350 but if I went online it was only £40 less than EDF so needless to say I have gone with Eon and I also get £30 cashback from Money Supermarket.com. Wish I had done it sooner we were obviously paying way too much and we are in arrears so it might be an even bigger saving.

Working from home today as car is in for service. Then got the podiatrist later on this afternoon. So glad its Friday.
