Such a long week really nice to have a long weekend. Need to get up in a mo as I am playing golf today hopefully it wont rain. Did 2 MS yesterday but bought a new TV so that was very expensive. What happen was that DH came home early Friday and had a call from Sky free HD box plus installation and he claims free 6 much subscribtion. So he had to sign up and we had to get a new TV. Went to Currys and Comet but no one could be bothered to help us and we overheard a young lady help someone else and she did not have a clue. Went on here and Richer Sounds came up and we went there. Such a difference really knew there stuff and we got a fab Phillips one

Sorry had to go off and play golf and then I noticed my car had a flat tyre. Also had one on Monday so not spare. DH got my old wheel off and KwickFit sorted me out as Lombard who we lease the car off would have wanted me to ring the AA for them to take the wheels to KwickFit.

Just got back so cold now. Mystery Shop tomorrow but otherwise chilling out. No golf.

Mystery Shop lunch very good nice service top marks really. Got to have a nose about an Ecco outlet shop but did not buy anything. Stopped at American Golf on the way back they had a special offer buy 1 glove and get 1 half price. Sad selection they had and nothing that fitted so got some socks so did DH £20 vouchers from Pigsback so free.

Looking to cancel ESPN so googled to find a telephone number and came across HotDeals (quite a good site I use often) and they said you get offered 4 months free when you try to cancel. That they do so saves £9 a month and I just have to cancel in September. Nice one.

Thomas is a sleep on my desk and Jack is on the floor feel a bit tired due to the glass of wine at lunch time but have moved the lawn today so not done too badly.

Friday at least so glad it is the weekend. Not a lot has happened in the last week been working from home and got quite a bit done to be fair.

Did get an email from Littlewoods offering me £30 of £60. Went to log in and it logged me out as I tried 3 times. Phoned to be told it reactivates on 15 min (why not have that on the website). Anyway the told me I could order by phone so told her I wanted 4 of item no xxxxx (bras) and I gave her the code. I got £30 off that but it was below min order for that offer. I said 4 packets as there is two in a packet so 8 in total but 4 packets. Had to do the whole thing again incl the cross selling no I do not want the pants :(:(:(. Each item was £15 but when she told me the price right at the end it was £8 more as on the website it was £2 cheaper. By now I was :mad::mad::mad: I know have to wait until I get the order 8th June (not speedy are they) and then phone them to get the refund.

They must be struggling to give such big discounts but they could be a bit easier to deal with I would say.

Phoned Barclays as we had still not had our deeds. Told they had been inactivated but she would send them now should take 10 days another  for bad customer service.

Signed up for ESA Market Research to do MS loads of jobs but need to study it further before I take any of them. (Thanks TescoPointsAddict for the tip)

Chilling out this evening and then have a nice lunch MS tomorrow and the hotel in my home town in the evening. Should be good fun. Also want to take an item back to the body shop that I don't really like.

Sunday flying to Leeds to our conference in Harrogate was meant to be at the Majestic but that has now burned so it had to be moved. Should be nice there will be loads of old friends there too.

Thats it really hope you all have a nice Friday evening.

Such a long busy week, since I last posted I have spent 4 nights in hotels far too much. Good conference and good trip to the West Country. Done the food shopping as I have two friends coming over to watch the cup final. Went all the way to Portsmouth paid £2.40 to park only to find the shop closed for refurbishment. What a load of rubbish and waste of time. Never mind done the feedback to RE.

Was going to do the garden but it looks like it is just about to rain so might not. Need to sow some more seeds in particular my beans are not looking good so might need to redo them.

Hope you all have a relaxing weekend.

Rigth things are going to change I need to get back into that gym and get down in weight. I really cannot carry on like this as I am not happy with myself at the rate.

Again too much to drink Saturday to drown our sorrows but it was a good evening Did play golf yesterday with a hangover just not good hence the need to change. I am going to get back into do a min of 2 gym sesssions a week and 1 round of golf. I am also cutting out wine altogether and just sticking to wine. No cakes and no biscuits and no crisps that is for sure. Also no more McDonalds on the road.

Not going far today and its still nice and early so have time to read a few diaries and chill out.

Would it not be better just to cut down on the naughty foods? You may crave them if you cut them out altogether, then binge and feel bad and so the cycle goes. Let yourself have them every so often and up the exercise. My philosophy is a "everything in moderation", then you don't feel that you are missing out at all.

Thanks Smlsave and VandaFC it know I need to eat things in moderations its just I find it easier to cut it out all together. Did not make it to the gym yesterday as I had some work to sort out. Was pretty good though only naugthy thing I ate was a few crisps but because there was a nearly empty packet in the house.

Staying with friends tonight and had not got them a present ( expecting a baby soon they are) so crap will have to try and do it during the day.

Anyway need to get on with it take care all.

Its our 6th Wedding Anniversary today I cannot belive how quickly that time has gone. I did go to the gym last night to BodyPump and it was scary how much less I could do than last time I went. Off to do Pilates in a minute so thats twice this week.

We were going to go to Wentworth to watch the golf but it is not really a great spectator venue so I have just booked tickets to go to Celtic Manor instead on the 5th June. Hotel is £69 and tickets £53, Wentworth was £60 tickets but that was just for the day and this way we get a night away too.

Playing golf Sunday and tomorrow I shall do the garden and chill out hopefully the sun will stay around as it is so nice and warm here on the South Coast.

Hope you all enjoy your weekend.
