MFi3 & before I am 40 + my MB journey

Cornwall is back on and we are staying with my friends family so very cheap get away. Leaving Thursday back Sunday to play golf Friday. Cannot wait.

Went for the booster jab yesterday and when we weighed them Jack is now 500 grams heavier which means he has put on 500g in 3 weeks whereas Thomas has only put on 30g which is a concern. Got some Pro-kolin to give him but its a bit of a fight getting it in his mouth. Only cost £11.50 so worth a try.

Off to HQ today showing some customers around so should be quite nice with a bit of company tonight.

Can you try to get Thomas to have a bit of raw mince to bulk him up ?

Well that was that Easter it went to quickly but I did have a really good time. My friends family in Cornwall looked after us really well we got to play golf go for walks and chill. Perfect really. Got back Sunday and played golf yesterday. Really nice and we did not get wet. Our old neighbors were coming to look for a house in a street next to ours so we rushed back to have a quick chat with them. They have been trying for a baby for quite a while as they are both going to be 41 this Spring and now she is expecting a boy at the end of July. I feel so funny about almost jealous when she was talking about having a year off work and them being able to boy a £330k house mortgage free. Funny maybe I do want a baby and I need to sort something out about it. I am not sure. I think DH felt a bit funny about it too not sure we did not broach the B subject.

Kitten were fine while we were away spent most of the time in my large cupboard upstairs eventhough Tim our neighbor tried his best to play with them. I think Thomas tummy might well be sorted but not 100% sure. I have started giving them raw mince but they are not too keen. Right now they are playing in the garden I have given them collars on in preparation for them having a magnet and being able to use the catflap properly.

Not got anything on today other than a doctor appointment I want to try and get some new insoles as my feet really hurt. They are quite old the ones I have. Off on my girlie weekend Fri to Sun but travelling down to Devon already on Thurs for a few appointments. Hectic really but we have just had a nice break.

Right quite a lot of news and none of it mortgage related. Went to the doctors and she is fine about referring me to the podiatrist to sort my feel out. The mole on my neck she is not happy about she honestly does not think it is anything nasty but it is brown and there are some blood vessels in there so it has to come out. She wrote the hospital referrals form as if it was something nasty just so I could get seen in two weeks in stead of 5 months.

I asked her about the baby thing and we saw the doctor in June 2008 so that is how long we have been trying. She asked if I was still drinking and I said about 10 units a week (total lie). Also as DH smokes she is not happy about that did not even get into his drinking. So its been to long and said she would refer me for tests. I wasn't sure but she said you need to get on with it. I hadn't told DH that nor discuss it and there I was seeing the forms being filled in. I need two blood tests but DH needs a semen sample and I know that will be the big problem. I told him about the feel and the mole but did not mention the tests when I got back. They are sending everything to be in the post so will have to own up soon. Problem is I am away tomorrow until Sunday so think I shall have to wait until then. Feel like my head is spinning to be honest not really too worried about the mole but it is in the back of my mind.

Central heating still playing up big time so have to get that sorted as I had a cold bath last night after bodypump. Trying to eat better so might be posting what good and bad stuff I have had in here hope you don't mind.

Good: breakfast small yogurt, lunch 1 1/2 cheese sandwich with salad, dinner plain pasta with tiny bit of butter, chicken breast, broccoli and sweetcorn.

Bad: two biscuits, 1 mini magmum and 1 mug of hot chocolate made with milk.

Make sure you're ok honey, but you defo need to talk to DH about it all. Not something you want to go into with him thinking you might be keeping secrets from him..iyswim. x

Thank I know I have to speak to him and own up totally the time just wasn't there yesterday. We did agree that if nothing happened after we had tried we would leave it there but now I am not so sure. Will try to talk to him tonight just say I want to try properly and check if all is OK then when the letter comes with the appointment (should be 6 to 8 weeks) I can say it all booked and if he does not want to I shall have to cancel.

Just booked for the heating to be looked at next Monday it will be cold until then!!

I know what you mean...trying to sort such serious issues needs to be dealt with at the RIGHT time. Good luck with it all and I hope he's feeling the same as you. x

(hug) TG, I'm sure you're DH will be fine. scary thing to talk about really but better done sooner rather than later.
