Update on bl##dy laptop Novatech thinks the pin is too short so not worth trying an universal charger. Phoned Compaq and they gave me the official spares people genuine cable should be delivered today at noon £50 but that was next day delivery and remember I am not paying for it. Fingers crossed or am toast when the battery run out.
Got the rest of the photos BIL took going to order some prints (you get 40 free one from Jessop) to see them and then decide which ones to have printed on Canvas. Might need to ask your opinion so hope you don't get fed up with kitten photos. Just downloaded Picasso to have a photo editing program as I did not have one and my family uses that to share photos.
Also got an email from the IFA when I sent him the pension proofs. Really not sure if I want to stay with them what do you think?
Thank you for your email and the information. I would be happy to arrange a meeting at our offices for us to meet and to see if you still wanted to proceed with us – when would be a suitable time for you both? At the moment our offices are in the high street in xxxx, but we are relocating to xxxxx in a couple of weeks.
I see from our files that Jonathan had briefly mentioned to you the prospect of Income Protection for you both – therefore for this I think that my colleague xxxx may be better placed to assist you. Once we have arranged a time for our meeting I will see if she is available.
Does it sound like this chap really wants our business? Whole point of seeing Jonathan was to talk about Income Protection now the mortgage is paid off.
Went to the gym last night which was good and also doing BodyPump tonight. Fed up that I have not lost any weight really must do better.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Will I get fed up of kitten pictures ?
Now let me think about that ............... NO , I WON'T GET FED UP.
I find IFA"s a funny kettle of fish. Are there any others you can try out ?0 -
Emailed the IFA said we wanted to start again and meet up see what they come back with. If I do not hear from him will find another company as it sounds like the other chap left in a hurry and there was no handover.
Picasa was really easy to use and have now uploaded all the pictures so I can share them with my family. Ordered 45 prints so only had to pay for postage and 5 as I got 40 free.
Kittens are fine but their runny tums are worse than ever. Currently trying chicken and dry food and we shall see. Don't want to turn the diary into nothing but poo.
Off to Surrey today and tomorrow I have a mad early start. Gosh then its Friday this week has gone quickly.
Need to do a load of printing so best get on with it.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Plan to move to Denmark for FIRE by Autumn 2025 “May your decisions reflect your hopes not your fears”

Got the photos back from Jessops perfect except 6 which were from my new camera and old one. Just badly cropped so sent them an email asking if I can get them redone or how I can avoid it. In Denmark if this happens you get an automatic free reprint but it does not say anything about this on the Jessop site. Only paid £2.25 and 40 of them are perfect so not too fussed.
Update on kittens got this email from the breeder:
I'm so sorry about their tummies - I've never had a problem with this before and they were all fine before they went to their new homes. The girl I kept has a slightly runny tummy too - we have tested for everything and its all come back negative. the odd thing is she isn't ill at all just has runny poo sometimes. We have tried antibiotics and panacur which didn't seem to make any difference. You could try goats milk yogurt or slippery elm powder - that sometimes helps.
It is quite nice to know so we don't have to spend money at the vets getting it tested as it must be the same thing. I find their tummies are better if I give them dry food an a tiny bit of chicken might just stop the Whiskas, Felix pouches all together even if they do like it. Just nice to feed them a treat morning and evening.
Working from home today so need to crack on. Won't know until Monday evening if my training course on Wednesday will have to be cancelled stil fingers crossed.
Going to see the new IFA at 4.15 this afternoon. DH really do not want to come which is a pain but then again I do all the finances so it makes no difference really.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Nice to know the breeder is happy for you to contact her and supply appropriate answers.
I would stop any wet food in jelly or gravy - try Gourmet tins - Pate, sold individually or in 12 packs. Tesco def. sell them. Just break the food up a bit and see what they think.0 -
Thank Vandanfc will try that.
Went to see IFA DH had a hissy fit and decided not to come. New guy was quite nice, said he will do a full report on our pensions to check if they are worth transferring or OK where they are. Also check we are paying enough into them or he may suggest stock and shares ISA's which I like the idea off. He will also do a full report on the income protection. If we go ahead and buy one of the product we will not have to pay a fee but if we don't we are looking at a bill of about £600 to £800. Quite a lot but I think it is worth it and it will be unbiased advise too. Lets he what he comes back with.

Really not nice weather but went out and did the shopping found some Rose in Mackro at £2.48 which is actually quite nice so that was a bargain. They also had the Gourmet style food at 36p a can instead of 53p which I paid yesterday. Went to Homebase as they had an offer in the Daily Mail for 6 free Strawberry plants. I do not normally bother with these freebies as they are always gone by the time I get there but this time we got them. Nice plants worth £4.99.
Planted out my pea shoots and covered them in fleece not going to do any sowing as it is too vet. The kittens things it is great to help out with netting and fleece and are quite happy in the rainy garden.
DH found the charger I had put it in the 2nd bedroom. Right off to look at Ebay.Save £12k in 25 No 49
