"They also had the Gourmet style food at 36p a can instead of 53p which I paid yesterday." This is the food I meant, shouldn't cost 53p a tin.

Thanks the 53p was in a small Somerfield individual packets so that accounts for the price. The stuff I got is called Hi Life and its 36p per 100g so not too bad. Not sure it has made a diffierence mind you.

Had a lovely round of golf, lost my match but so nice to be back. Also nice to see all my girlie friends up there. One of them has just been made redundant scary she is 50 and a manager at a dental surgery. Hopefully she will find another job.

Managed to get the seeds in the ground plus the strawberry plants. Even with double the space I am not sure I can fit everthing I want to grow in. We currently have carrots, charlotts, dild, 2 x lettiuce, raddish, spring onions & peas. Want to fit in a but more.

Got my £50 free bet but nothing to bet on so will leave it. I usually go for the golf at high odds later on in the week. Only thing not done is listing on Ebay so going to have a look now what I want to put on there.

Hope the food helps a bit. Glad you enjoyed your golf. Just starting to sow seeds up here, but we are a long way back on your southern weather start.

Does the bet have a time frame - if not what about F1 - next race next weekend ? - or Ferrari for Constructors ?

Yes the food has helped think we are on the right track now so thanks for the advice.

Kittens outside playing in the nice sunshine so nice that Spring is here finally.I can feel I got some sun on my face yesterday really should have put suntan lotion on as I am so fair skinned. The really enjoy my raised beds so I don't think my veg will be in straight lines this year. Never mind as long as they mess it up totally.

Will find out tonight if my trainer with the broken shoulder is OK to do the course on Wednesday. If not I have to cancel so fingers crossed. Not going anywhere today just working from home.

Still not placed the bet but there is no timeframe so will be fine.

Trainer cannot do the course so having to ring everyone up and pay the full cost. Sucks but what can you do.

Did not get to the gym yesterday but got a late Mystery Shop so dinner cost £5 in the end. Gave up the excellence award as she was so nice turned out it was the manager and she was so pleased. Really nice pub too but rough area.

Need to input the data but better get on with my list.

So tired took me ages to get up to HQ via South London and the M25 was pants at Dartford Tunnel. Need to get some sleep before the meeting tomorrow and then a lovely drive home on a Friday. Rubbish really. Not much news anyway other than managed to get my free bet placed on the golf. Too tired to go downstairs for a glass of wine which is kind of good really.

Morning DH is watching F1 downstairs so I am chilling in bed with 2 furballs. My friend was due to come over for dinner last night and stay to watch F1 as she does not have a TV. However she never showed and is not answering her phone. She does suffer from mental health problems and I guess that is why but it worries me. We were due to spend Easter with her family in Cornwall guess that might be off now which is a real shame.
Just look at some breaks really want to go now.

Off to play golf as 12 today hope the rain goes away it is a bit grey here. Anyway not a lot else to update.

The furballs are doing better I would say Jack is almost there but Tom is still a bit runny however nowhere near as bad so thank you for the tip about the food. They have however developed a new strange habit of playing in the bathroom. They both love to play with the water in the loo and Tom has now had two accidents in the bath. Those two are just so different from my old Eric I sometime don't really know what I have let myself in for. Right now they are both asleep on my desk Thomas in my arms as I type.

Got a message from my friend she thought we were meeting tonight so she did not stand me up however she is still not answering her phone so who knows. We could still be going to Cornwall which is fab.

Golf was nice but the scoring rubbish.
