Each notice needs to be dealt with separately at this stage.
Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:

This was pointed out to you twice on here did you include that with your submission to POPLA?I think you have been too blinded by the signage argument here. You are still going up blind alleys I post the above again, they have submitted you parked outside of chargeable hours so no contract could was offered, so they can't charge you for what they are not offering you by their own admission in their evidence. It doesn't matter about loosing at POPLA but you are at present going the right way to loose IMHO but I'm out!3

so do you suggest i send them the response i had mentioned or is there anything else i should send them?Coupon-mad said:Eh? Nothing has changed. I was just pointing out that you plugged the gap in their lack of evidence which may mean you lose at POPLA but you already know that doesn't matter.
And you already know to send in your comments so nothing is different.
 This has been slightly edited
Like I previously mentioned the signage 'Camera and Attendant Patrolled Car Park' is above on a pole to the car park which can be easily overlooked when one is concentrating on driving and specifically at night ( around 2200 hrs) . Moreover, it says 'Just want to park' which appears to refer to anyone who would like to use the parking space 'Not to charge their EV nor visit Premier Inn' . I was not there to 'Just Park'. I was there to use a service (EV charging) that I paid for. The sign board also says "Upto 10 hrs. Charges apply 8am to 6pm daily. Guest parking only outside of these hours". I was not a guest at the Inn and I went there well after 6pm. I believe if a sign is put up it should be clear enough to address the user specifically if there are other facilities on the premises ( i.e, the Inn)
Moreover there is only 1 signboard put up and not 5 as sent by the Parking Company. The other two signs ' Premier Inn Guests' (in purple) and 'want to park and pay by phone'( in green) is by the exit of the EV parking bay and nowhere near the EV charging machineI believe it is unfair to charge some one for not registering their details ( it would have been a different issue if it was non-payment) and when it does not even address the user specifically.

You only have 6 days and there is no point us chewing it over. Just send it. POPLA is unimportant.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

After I had appealed to Horizon on 27/08 and awaiting their decision in the hope of a positive response. Because charging a EV was one of the options that i could choose as the reason to access the car park I was pretty sure that Horizon would accept my appeal which was not the case. On 07/09 I was at the EV charging bay again from 07:09 to 08:08 to charge my vehicle again. ( since this is the nearest charging station and I had to travel long that same morning I chose to use the same place unfortunately.)
My appeal to Horizon for the 1st case was rejected and notified mail on 10/09.
Today I received the Parking charge for the 2nd case while the 1st case is still on. Parking Charge Issue Date is mentioned as 17/09

But I can see you didn't tick 'OTHER' and didn't use the resources in post 3 of the NEWBIES thread about POPLA. Nobody is advised to tick 'I didn't see the signs'.
Is this the post 3 of the NEWBIES?0

This is how I plan to respond to Horizon ( quite a bit copied from Chat GPT). Kindly suggest if this is ok. ThanksAs mentioned in the appeal reason I was using the electric vehicle charging facility at the time, and the vehicle was plugged in and actively charging for the duration of the stay. Please find attached evidence of the charging session, which aligns with the time on the PCN. There was no signage at the EV bay to indicate registration is mandatory while actively charging. Moreover, on the Genie point app it shows one would be additionally charged after 90mins. Premier Inn reception also stated that the electric parking bay was free upto 90 mins and I have stayed well within the time Based on this, I request that you cancel the notice. 0

Guess this is the newbie thread. I wasn't sure if I had to use the template to write to Horizon or will the letter I drafted ( above) be ok?Nellymoser said:No, If you scroll down further from the top of the forum page you'll see 8 Announcement threads one is**NEWBIES!!
