Suggestions on how to respond to the above will be helpful
Thank you0 -
Can only help if we know exactly which photos you put in to prove that there are no signs by the EV bays.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If you have posted your appeal to POPLA you cannot add anything else, and we don't know what you said to them, but as far as I can see they will side with Horizon on signage, unless you evidenced no entry signs and POPLA agree. At this point you can only debunk Horizon's submission, they have confirmed in their evidence you were parked without authorisation after hours, so in effect trespassing and they cannot charge you for trespass. This was pointed out to you twice on here did you include that with your submission to POPLA?I think you have been too blinded by the signage argument here.2

Hi
Thank you for your time and guidance. This is my first experience of an appeal. Moreover, unlike most people I take time to get my head around things and sometimes I’m unable to comprehend things the way it should be understood. So, I might miss out or misinterpret certain things that are said but it isn’t deliberate. Thank you for your patience and re-explaining things1 -
This is what I sent POPLA

Horizon sent this image too( log of registrations to show that their machine was working).
What I’d like to comment on this is that it does show vehicle registrations past the time that entered the car park but there wasn’t any vehicle in the EV bay before , during or just as I was leaving. So the registrations are of the vehicles that attended Premier Inn who already said they had nothing to do with the EV parking bay ( said by a receptionist) but another receptionist on a different day said that 90 mins was free in the EV parking bay. The payment amount shows 0GBP in the image which means that one is not charged for parking. It is only a case of not registering details.
(Edited on 24/09) Apologies, I believe in the below image Horizon has shown 2 images, one for the EV bay I guess and one for the Premier Inn

Another image that I uploaded to POPLA was this from the Electric charging app which says that one is charged after 90mins

The POPLA outcome is not important because it does not compel you to pay if you lose at this stage.
I have long argued that EV charging is not parking and that provided the vehicle is actually charging, it is not parked. The driver pays for fuel and this includes the space occupied during the charging period.
You don't pay for parking at a petrol station when refuelling or queuing to pay. The fact an EV is stationary for longer doesn't change what is going on. Refuelling not parking.
Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'
