Sign board diagonally behind the parking bay. When I spoke to Premier Inn they said they have nothing to do with the EV parking bays and their parking slot is just outside the Inn.
The purple sign board says 'Just parking-Parking charges apply.' I feel they should specify that vehicles being parked for EV charging should be registered. Moreover no place charges for charging your vehicle. It's as good as saying  pay at the gas station when you wait to fill gas

5 different signs on the left there. You can see how people constantly get charged in this unregulated industry.

Arguably there is a sign in the separate charging area, but easy to drive past when you're concentrating on charging - and good luck reading it high up on that pole.

If hotel guests are the only ones permitted to use the chargers after 6pm, you have to make it abundantly clear. Which it isn't.

You still haven't told us the two dates on the NTK. Please show it with ALL dates showing.

What's the next step please? Should I appeal to POPLA
    I don't understand. I already said this:

Get some photos from the EV bay showing what the signs say. That sign won't be likely to even be visible from the EV bay and if you can evidence that, you can win at POPLA.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello Coupon-mad. I've reposted the letters with the dates now visible. I've also posted photos of the bay with some additional ones. Please see Pg 1. This is Pg 2. Thanks

All I can see is the incident date, what C-M is referring to is the date of the NTK I can't understand why you have redacted that important information. Though if you have already outed the driver in your appeal that avenue is sealed!
  • Apologies! Hope this is correct now

    OK.

Get some MORE photos (directly from the EV bay) showing what the signs say.

That sign won't be likely to even be visible from the EV bay and if you can evidence that there isn't a sign visible as you charge your car, you can win at POPLA.
