Be careful what you throw away. Last Thursday I wore a jumper & when I looked at the label I realised that I must have bought it (at the latest) in 1976.6

Keep them if you like them and have the space. Decluttering isn't meant to be a punishment.
Or if there's some you know you won't wear even if they're lovely, stick them on vinted

I have a huge pile of things to put on Vinted. I just need to make myself actually do it now that it is the right time of year as it is all winter stuff.
@badmemory that made me laugh, I don't think I own anything pre 2003 clothes wise. I went on maternity leave from my very corporate job, and changed shape and shoe size while I was pregnant and of course the focus of my life changed from suited and booted to baby sitter.
I parted with 2 x 99p yesterday for kindle deals on cook books, both well reviewed Indian food ones (Chetna Makan). I am trying to find some mojo with food and cooking again or I will just exist on jacket potatoes for the foreseeable future. The freezer is still full of Pretzel jenga and I actually got to the point where we had to have something out of a tin or go to the co-op which is a win for me. No frozen veg left other than parsnips, and a bag of frozen mango that I bought randomly (because someone on here said that frozen was edible!) and haven't actually tried.
Tin wise we have tuna, baked beans, and a few tins of french onion soup. These are things that I didnt gift to the foodbank as we will eat them if there is nothing else available. Very little in packets in the store cupboards too, I haven't automatically replaced things as we use them so I need to actually consciously plan what I want to eat going forwards after a long run of just using up what we had whether I like it much or not. I could make myself do a store cupboard challenge with what we have left but I might just starve as I am a bit rubbish at making myself eat things that I don't 'want'.My mortgage free diary: +++ Divide by Cucumber Error. Just a thought … could one or more of your DS’s be persuaded to do the V1nted task for a suitable commission? 🤔
I struggle with making myself eat things I don’t want or like too … 😉

I eat whole nut chocolate (the Aldee version is nice) so I am claiming protein on that one too.
In a vague moment of inspiration it occurred to me that the french onion soup would be a good base sauce for chicken so I halved and pan browned some breasts, before adding a chicken stock melt and then the tin of soup. Cooked on low and then reduced the liquid before I added some chopped mushrooms and then a last minute sprinkle of parmesan. It worked well served with a jacket potato and some broccoli.
I now have a confirmed start date (subject to weather) for the next set of work on the house which means lots of clearing to do. I work best with a deadline but still haven't achieved much today. My mortgage free diary: +++ Divide by Cucumber Error. Please reinstall universe and reboot+++
