Don't throw out good jeans. Depending on the shape they can look great oversized with a medium leather belt but they have to be the right shape...

I did go food shopping but no luck with pretzels and I resisted yarn. I did look at jumpers but again resisted as I actually tried them on. I've worked hard to get my figure back and I want things that fit.
there are a lot of autumn colours in the shops at the minute Cherryfudge, browns, greens and purples everywhere I went this morning. Thanks @the_end_of_the_rainbow I had forgotten about them and will have a look.DIA I agree on jeans and a belt but we are talking 16 to 10, and they look like clown pants on me now
Out again today but also 13k steps which I am pleased with. Early bath and bed for me I think. My mortgage free diary: +++ Divide by Cucumber Error. Please reinstall universe and reboot+++

That is a big drop in weight. Do you think giving up alcohol was a key factor? maybe the snacks that surround a drink being eliminated too? Anyway, well done you!If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Thank you all - yes stopping the wine was a huge contributing factor. 'Drink wine, eat junk, don't move' is a lethal combination for me which was how I gained the weight in the first place over the last few years.
I spent last night clearing out a built in cupboard which was full of random things and all of my too big clothes. I need to finish off exiting things this afternoon, and then work my way through the spare room wardrobe which is full of exercise stuff I think. I must not buy any more clothes until this task is complete. Once that is emptied then I can start moving the DCs stuff round - shift the stuff they want to the spare room, then exit the rest of their stuff too. Easier to do with space to move things.

You are doing so well at sustaining this momentum 😊
Totally agree about it being easier to sort if you have a space to move things into - whether it’s stuff you want or stuff you don’t. I think getting that space is one of the toughest elements of the whole process.
Hope DCs are able to help you with this next phase of their stuff.KKAs at 15.09.25:

- OPs to mortgage = £12,345 Estd. interest saved = £5,863 to date
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

Thanks KK - yes the DC will help but they both get overwhelmed looking at what they currently have so this seems the best solution.
Last night I ruthlessly went through the spare room wardrobe, a few things I need to re-visit in daylight before making a decision. I also booked another extra waste collection which will help me to keep up the momentum.
No surprise to anyone I am sure but I still have far too many jumpers. Although that is like saying you have too many books, a strange concept. My mortgage free diary: +++ Divide by Cucumber Error. Please reinstall universe and reboot+++

As long as you wear all the jumpers then it's fine. I don't wear all my clothes as most of them have been inaccessible since I moved, so I really need to think about how I use the space when I reconfigure the wardrobe so that things are visible and accessible.5
