    As I think I said I've only flown UK to Europe a very few times in the last 30 years whereas I do fly fairly regularly to Canada.  International flights are very different hence wanting to know from those who have experience rather than just guess based on the limited bits I could find on their website.
    UK to Europe and UK to Canada are both international, so presumably you're looking to differentiate long-haul from short-haul, or maybe just different airlines?
    Or both.  But yes UK to Crete is the longest EU flight I've been on.  Previously it was UK to Switzerland or Austria.  And it's nearly 40 years since I've been on a short haul flight in North America - so other than the one that was so cheap you didn't pay for the flight until you were on board I have very little recollection what, if anything, was available as that would have been way over 50 years back.

    Most of this thread could have been avoided had the OP looked at their website, tbf
    If I could see anything relevant on the website I wouldn't have asked.  But thanks for your input.
    A quick Google for "TUI on board" brings up...

    Inflight Shop and Café | TUI.co.uk

    Which is where I got the link to the inflight cafe from.

    You are welcome.

    @la531983
    Thanks again.  Nothing on this discusses inflight entertainment that I could see.  But it's all irrelevant now that I've come back from my holiday.

    Thanks - didn't  see that link.  Still a bit inconclusive "In case the aircraft you're flying on doesn't currently have streaming available" but I take your point about googling.  I'm usually pretty good at finding things.

    Hope you had a smooth journey and enjoy your hols @Brie

    I've just flown TUI from Birmingham to Corfu - I had the cheese and ham toastie with a cuppa and a small tub of Pringles as a meal deal on board which cost £9.50. The toastie on its own was £5.85 and the tea is £3.40.

    In Brum airport the big Boots in the departure lounge sadly closed last year. The WH Smiths there now charges £6.99 for a meal deal which boggled my mind as the Boots meal deal was under a fiver IIRC.

    Apparently on TUI flights more than 3.5 hours you can pre order meals but I don't know how rigid this is as I'm sure some people bought the breakfast pre order meal.

    There was an entertainment QR code on all the seat backs but when I scanned it the TUI network just wouldn't show on my WiFi options. I did ask an attendant but they didn't know why it wasn't working. I suspect it may just be for long haul flights only.
    Boots still have a store at Birmingham Airport but it is now located in what was the Euro Hub departure lounge. It's a couple of minutes walk from the main lounge but worth the effort as it's much quieter there with plenty of seating. There's also a nice Costa Coffee and an All Bar One (plus toilets). Don't forget your Boots Advantage card.
