Ah, a little bit of insurance fraud.

The policy is priced on the risk, you are lying to lower the cost of the policy and therefore defrauding the insurance company.

So, we have a bald tyre your mechanic father didn't spot, knackered brakes, insurance fronting...

I am sure the courts will look very closely at any insurance document allegedly sent by email. It would be very easy for someone to think they could alter this. Before you go to court,I suggest you get hold of an original copy that has sent by post,to be sure the court will accept it.

So you openly admit to committing Insurance Fraud by making a false statement? You are aware that if they found out, your insurance would be revoked?

The courts won't even bother looking. Every insurance policy is now listed on a central database and if it's not on there, you're stuffed.
  • With Temp Cover the area you chose will not effect the cost of the insurance, i was also driving between london and leicester as it was xmas and i was going home to see family and car was parked up there aswel. As for cover note, it looks doggy, even tho its all legit and from Norwich Union it still looks like something done on computer with printer set to high. But i know the car is insured and so the police as i was pulled over for a secound time on new years eve. The officer asked to see my licence and insurance so i showed her my photo licence and told to look up my insurance details on the Police computer, she did and it came out i was insured. But yesterday i tried a website : http://www.askmid.com.
This tells you if you are insured and the car i was driving came out as uninsured.

i got stopped many yrs ago in a transit van by a thames valley police motobike.
he was determined to do me for summat so he said i had a defective tyre.
i went to a tyre depot (5 minutes away) and changed it.
months later i got a summons. luckily i kept the tyre and took it to court.
i defended myself. when i asked the policeman what qualifications he had as a tyre technician, his answer was obviously, none.
i had 2 reports from very experienced tyre fitters to say the tyre was ok.
    i won my case.

ps. as i left the Reading court, smiling, the magistrate called me back.
"would you like to take your tyre with you please"
    :)
    funny as f00k.
    Get some gorm.

The OP's post has caused a lot of assumptions to be made.

The OP said that his father warned him about the tyres earlier, several people agreed that the brakes were fine.
    Happy chappy

My dad told me about the tyre when i took the car to him after being pulled over, he told me the officer was right as the tyre was more or less below below the legal limit, the brakes where fine and other people have agreed with me.

The OP has been " pulled over " again since this original offence, I have to ask why?

I have never been pulled over by the police in years of safe driving.
  • I think this is a troll tbh

And if it isnt I hope he gets banned, he clearly lacks the knowledge or common sense to be a safe driver as well as the fraudulent aspects of his insurance cover
