It took an hour long queue to post two parcels and get our passports sent off for renewal. Good to have that done 😊 My parcel was my parents’ Christmas presents and Mr KK’s parcel was the mudguard he was meant to have sent off about a month ago! 😳

I am seriously tired today as I feel like I have had a busy week. I am coming off a slight cold so I still have a cough. Someone I met last night told me about a local fayre today, but I am too tired to go out.
I am going to tackle our bedroom today. I am going to dust and put up a picture I have had in the room for ages! I keep my handbags in the wardrobe in there so I am going to tidy everything and decide what I need to keep and what I can let go of. There are some I never even go near. I think I might do the rainbow colour order too to organise them.

I am going to do some tidying. I have done my out of the house chores (getting all the animal related purchases) and now I need to decide which of the 533 other things I need to do first.
I think my priority has to be living room related as I can barely move around in it and things are getting broken.
I've posted on the village Facebook page to see if anyone wants some unused heavy duty cardboard boxes. If they don't I think I'm going to burn them tonight if it stays dry. I will literally be burning money as we paid for them (I ordered the wrong size) but they're blocking the route to the kitchen and I won't have time to get to the tip this week to recycle them.
I'll put a wash on, spend half hour doing things in the garden while it's dry, then come in and tackle some living room things.
I've literally just typed out my entire thought process 😂Debts 04/01/25 01/12/25

Allo you lot, I've started the December MSE Advent thread and incorporated OATs into it so if anyone would like to meander over there on the 1st it would be lovely to see you

Ooh, you lot have been very busy- well done!
I'm not sure I've done much - but did drop 3 bags of things off to the CS this morning (which have been hanging around for weeks!) Small wins! 😆😆

Quick question for you knowledgeable lot - what do we do with old coat hangers? As I've been decluttering and sorting I have bags full. Do they just have to go to the tip/recycling centre? That seems such a waste.Debts 04/01/25 01/12/25

I took my wire ones to the dry cleaners and they were well received there.2

You can try listing them for free in Facebook marketplace and olio? Or my local Tesco has a plastic hanger recycling point - and, as Watty said, dry cleaners often like the wire ones (ours used to give you money off for every 10 you took back, too 😁) I am the master of my fate; I am the captain of my soulRepaid mtge early (orig 11/25) 01/09 £124616 01/11 £89873 01/13 £52546 01/15 £12133 07/15 £NILNet sales 2024: £202
