My local charity shop only uses wooden hangers, how posh! My nearest Tescos is about a 35min drive from me. I might put them in the boot of my car and see whether I pass Tesco's or the (open) tip/recycling centre first.

We have further picture-progress! The composite frame is now not only full of pictures but actually hanging - although we have agreed it will be re-hung using wire as the string's looking a bit dubious! I also remembered that we had a couple of small but beautiful mounted black and white photographs of London that we were given years ago and have never got around to getting up - those alongside a maritime chart of MrEH's hometown river have now had frames bought and they will be going up in the front room! We decided that they will make a nice little set with nods to both of our origins.

We've also started looking at possible pics for printing for the other side of the room once that is painted too - and are discussing a canvas to replace the one that was left behind by the sellers of the house - which is nice, but just a standard shop-bought thing, rather than something personal.

My bathroom blind was finally put up. It's not centered though, and there's a small gap on the right side. It's very annoying but he only charged me a tenner and it's up. I don't have to worry about giving the neighbour an eyefull in the mornings and if it annoys me that much it'll make me get the ensuite shower fixed sooner.
I also unblocked the drain again as the patio was under 3 inches of water. Let's see if that lasts the week.

Dropped 3 things off at CS on way home - 3rd attempt to get these dropped off and they had a sign out saying no more donations today but I popped in and asked when they thought would be OK- they said in the morning - not helpful for those at work...  thankfully when I said this the volunteer took a sensible approach (at 4.15pm) to take the 2 small Xmas ornaments and 1 picture (lego Star wars - so should sell quite quickly) from me - phew!

Ordered ds3 a new desk table-top from the Swedish warehouse - has only been outstanding to do so for over a month... it's being delivered to a locker at local smkt in Saturday - yay! (Let's see how long it takes to change the desk and move the furniture around in his room... 🤔)
