Please watch WHIPMATS video, they source premium leather from Italy, It also states that The company is British buts its British by register not by based in Britain, It gets relived in a plastic bag which is all squashed in
I watched the video but it had no sound ?   I searched the sight and didn’t see any mention of leather ( other than synthetic)

I'd maybe do that if I knew what you meant.
Companies will vacuum parks goods like this to save on packaging costs.

The obvious first step is to reject the items and return under distant selling regulations.  Has the OP tried that route yet?

The first issue will be the cost of posting them to China

The second issue will be that the tracking will not show that they were delivered and the merchant will claim never to have received the return.

OP has not confirmed, shown any proof that they came from China.

Question is who are Maple Mats LLP as cited in Terms of Service?

Technically doesnt matter where it came from, it's where it has to go back to is the problem.

Their website says they dont accept returns, in the case of a problem they'll send a replacement for free. As such not possible to identify where it should be sent to but the duration of delivery is far too long to be coming from continental Europe.

I note a couple of 'dark patterns' on their website, perhaps intended to make things harder for anyone trying to work out who they are: 1) they've made text non-selectable 2) they've set a timer to break debugging every second (although this can be trivially worked around)

Returns must be sent to either our central warehouse in Asia or our facility in Italy. The appropriate return destination will be confirmed based on the customer’s vehicle information and location.

This is the only usage of the word "Asia" anywhere on the site. And if you're a pukka UK company that manufactures in Italy, why would you have a 'central warehouse in Asia' thinking-face-emoji...
