thank you watty and jessy for your comments.
Feels nice to be back and i'm feeling a little more in control. Wont mention money,🙃🙃 but at least in capability and focus!!
Healing work done, now to the assessment job and then Im taking my mum to the garden centre. I want to get some marigolds for a pot. All the pots i can see out the window are empty!! The window is another job, they need cleaning, they haven't been done for months and now they have doggos paw marks all over them and im reluctant to wash them down 😪 how ridiculous is that, or maybe im just too good at making excuses!!1 -
Saturday, always love a weekend even when my work hours are quite sporadic in the week.
I have manged a bit of gardening this morning until it got to hot! I was cutting the paracanthus (sp?) and collecting blackberries at the same time 😁😁
Then had breakfast, chai seeds, cherries (massive ones from farm shop £3.50 for half a kilo) an orange, some melon and pecan nuts. Delish! 😍😍
Back out and decided to cut back the jasmine and the rose which is right by out back door, they are intermingled and I'm just fed up with them both, been annoying me for years! So now both have been cut right back and we are going to dig the rose out completely and then replant a few of the jasmine's runners back near the wall. But it got too hot to finish, maybe tomorrow!
Been paid for one of my healing jobs, an animal this time, so I'm hoping I can help her, the lady rang me this morning and it seems like progress is being made already 😍😍
Really lovely this afternoon to be putting in a couple of steps to move one of my ideas foward for one of my businesses!
Now I'm chilling and looking forward to tomorrow. My mum is visiting a friend for a week, yippeeeee, we get a bit of a rest!

Tuesday already!
Yesterday was a really nice day, dd had a driving lesson and I worked through my clients we then went to the gym. I looked into the couch to 5k program and thought let's see if I can walk 5k first!
Been going to the gym for a few months now and I rotate what I do. But when I use the treadmill it's usually walking warm up for 10 mins. Yesterday I managed the 5k walking in 47 mins. So that's my baseline. I will try adding in a 60 run 1 or 2 times next time I go and see how it feels. Being asthmatic running is something I have never been able to do. So let's see how it goes!!
My aim is to get to park run and run the whole thing without walking. This could be pie in the sky, but it's good to have a goal. Notice I haven't put a time frame on it 🤣🤣🤣 but if it's this year that would be amazing!
I then cleaned the kitchen and the lounge and finally cleaned the patio doors which were disgusting but had dearest doggos muddy footprints on the outside and i felt to sad to remove them!
Today I have 1 client to visit and then need to take DD for training. Must make a sensible to do list!
I do need to pay in some money and look at the CC and work on a plan. I do have some money due so that will help.
Except I have the hairdresser tomorrow. I haven't been since October 😳 and boy it shows! The root regrowth is several inches and the blonder highlights are lighter then ever with ask the sun we've had. The other issue is I'm loosing vast amounts of hair, hormonal I'm guessing. But it's really noticeable how much is coming out. When I put it up there is much less bulk! So there will be a significant chopping off! Hopefully shorter will help with the condition of it.
Need to look into hair support products. I have read about rosemary oil, but not sure about applying oil (in a carrier) direct to my scalp and making my whole head really greasy! 🤔🤔

A good cut makes a lot of difference, changing the parting can help (my hairdresser is excellent). I've lost lots of hair, so much so I've resorted to wearing fake hair which I have come to love.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!1 -
I've made my own rosemary oil before I'm not sure if it does work or not I didn't use it for long enough. I rubbed it in my scalp and left it for a couple of hours whilst cleaning then washed off. Biotin works better I think for me and I take it every day.

Thank watty, really hoping the cut tomorrow will help. I'm. Not at the stage of needing a hair piece just yet, but it's great that you have one and are happy with it. I definetly feel more conifent when I've 'done' my hair. And over the last 3 to 4 months I've given up completly! So time for a change

Thanks dfw,
Biotin, I'll have to look that up!
I have some rosemary oil, and carrier oil, just not put it together to try it out!!
I'll see how it is tomorrow and then see

Not been very proactive today.
One of those bity days.
Taxiing dd, and then collecting dd 8n her car so she could drive home, work, supermarket run, emails,
The clothes in bags in my car (for far too many weeks) have finally made it to the clothing bank, 2 different ones as the first was very nearly full and so only put in 2 bags. The others went in the next one I find which is now also full 😁😁
Tea tonight will be mac cheese for dd and salad for us. Prob with tuna mayo.
Then this evening I have a healing zoom call, looking forward to that.
Just need to crack on with a couple of jobs before.

Thursday already. Yesterday I felt like I was hot all day. It's was more humid and no rain, that we desperately need!
I did however go and get the most fabulous haircut, it looks a billion times better, can't believe it was 10 months! It's now just too short to put up. Which is what I asked for so I have to style it and not just shove it up every day!! And the colour is blended, the roots lighter and the ends darker. Hurrah!
OH also had his car MOT done, but didn't book the service at the sane time 🙈 so it's got to go back in next month. But it did pass. Yey!
DS2 text me while I was in the salon asking if he could come home 😭 which made me sad because that says to me he's really unwell and not coping. He never asks. So we've paid his train ticket down and he arrived about 10pm just as I got back from training with DD. He's exhausted, utterly wiped out. I'm very happy to have him home, nothing better for me than to be able to mother him and look after him and see he's eating well when he's feeling so rough.💓💓 But I would have liked him to see his Dr up there for a blood test. Thid extreme tiredness has lasted a month now and so far hes not actually had any blood work done.
Yesterday was a busy day I also went to see a sofa for sale on fb. £60 for a 2 seater mand s sofa and a single chair. It's very nice, but there are 2 problem, it's musty and has cat hair on it. 🥴 Eek as because I have a vet sensitive nose and am highly allergic to cats. Anyhow I bought it and OH has spent ages on the 2 seater, washing it down, hoovering and pimping it up!! It came into the house to finish drying overnight. I dint dare sit on it as I could feel my chest tightening up. Thus morning it definetly smells better, but the musty smell is still there cutting through the joysticks I've been burning!!
The single seat is still out the front covered in a tarp. Which is a good job because it's actually started raining early this morning. Woohoo!
So DS2 will stay with us until uni starts and hopefully recover somewhat. I'm going to look into supplements and dowse out which would be the best. I might also speak to a homeopathy friend (sort of friend) I was her assessor last year for her diploma in the healing work I do)
DS1 is also coming down, just for the night. So we will be a full house. Made a little easier asy mum is still visiting family, phew! So I need to cook for 6 tonight, gluten free, no pork and no eggs or fish. 🤔🤔🤔
Curry? Might be an option but DD hates it and the smell!!
Anyhow,
Gratitudes

- Finally booking and going to the hairdresser's for a fab new hair style. Self care is so important 💋💓
- Rain, glorious rain, I feel like running around in the garden in it! I do how it lasts at least an hour, the land in Hampshire is beyond desperate for it. ☔🌧️💧
- Having my boy safely home 💕💕
