Well, hello there, 👋
Be diary, new me!
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
I'm starting a thread on the mortgage fee wannabe section because that's one of the things I really really really want to be!
I have been a member of the forum for over 10 years, rather on and off mind, but had to change everything when I was found out. So I'm back new times new me.
We be much more careful in future!
I am currently still living with husband, but everything is changing. Our mortgage is just under 50k and I want to clear as much as possible so when we sell it will be easier.
I know that most people's motivation is not to clear the mortgage to then sell! But I will want to buy somewhere and will not be financially able to take on any mortgage!!
So I am trying to sell bits and pieces and aim to restart that survey sites and make some extra pennies that way. 😎
Also trying to clear the last bit of CC debit (a few 100) all on a shoestring 😭😭
Hoo hum, I do love these boards and have been inspired so much from them, I'm going it will help keep me accountable and motivated 💪💪💪💪

OK so mortgage as it stands today is
£49, 050.00
This months payment has gone out and the automatic overpayment gone out and the interest has been added (boo) but the interest is slowly going down.
The regular over payment is £240 and then if we sell anything that also gets added.

Vinted. I have just uploaded (this morning) 2 leather handbags that were my mums, Trying £12 each. They have a like, but not a sale yet!! I'm being very impatient!
I have a whole basket of bits of my daughter's to list. So will try and get that done this week.
While I'm at itim helping my mum as she's hoping to move to a smaller place. So lots to do and get rid off!2 -

Hi lovely, thank you for finding me 😘0

Monday morning and I'm still at my mums. Car is mostly packed up, but waiting for DD to get ready, I'm not holding my breathe, she doesn't do anything quickly!
I had a lovely walk down on the seafront, thought about getting a coffee before coming back but remembered I had some nice seedy loaf and decided to have that toasted with a coffee at home to save a few pennies.
Going to check the banks now and see where that cc is.0 -

Found you
Will cheer you on
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!0 -

Hello watty, thanks for popping by to say hi!
Gosh today had been hot hot hot!
DD had decided she's wanted to do football now and change her college course! ( 1 year in!) So we went to an open day today for a new academy and found that the girls team is not happening, but she could join the boys team.😱 So we watched, far too intimidating to join in! I would have been intimidated too, they were very big and very good!!
We then when to an u18s girls training session which was much better.! We have another open day for another academy on Friday, this one does have a girls team, so let's see!!
Did some work in between but failed to list any items.
Plan tomorrow is to list 6 items.
Grateful today,
For a beautful sunny day
For my dd having the sheer determination to beat her anxiety
For the sneaky Belgium bun I devoured on the way home from picking up a few bits from the ship for tea. Couldn't refuse the yellow sticker!!
