So Sunday, I need to get the room ready for my mums return. With dS2 here mum will have to sleep upstairs in the room I'm in, which is frustrating as sharing a bed does not work for me with at all with my hot flushes!! It so be 2 nights and then she's off again, so will manage until I can go back into the other bedroom

Also tip trip this morning, need to get an awful lot of stuff out of the house. Then hoover the car.

Then we need to get the 'catty' chair inside the house it's been sitting on the drive covered in a tarp since we picked it up. The sofa has now become much less smelly and is really comfy, so need to get the chair in and sort the lounge out, give it a clean and rearrange.

Then it's a roast dinner this evening

Anything else will be a bonus 😁😁

    Bank Holiday Monday

Morning, unfortunately didn't sleep well at all. Dd had me up at 12.40am she's was beside herself with worry about everything under the sun. After an hour and half I managed to leave her and go back to bed but was unable to sleep. She is a worry! Her anxiety makes her life incredibly difficult and the ocd behaviours are getting worse, not sure if getting her diagnosed is worth it. I can't imagine there's any help out there if she was! College goes back this week, and we have teacher changes, and no timetable, which we were told we would know about weeks ago. This is obviously not helping. Anyway she's asleep now I had to cancel her driving lesson, which was at 8 am, as there was no way she was going to be able to do it. Another cost to swallow.

Hoohum, will try and be joyful today with mum. But all I feel like dying is hiding in my bed and sleeping

    PAD £6.00

Aug total £58.92 (OK fur 3 days!)

    Cc now £2141.00

Well today has been slow and uninteresting, but that's fine am happy to take uninteresting over dramatic!!

I have been to SM and bought an expensive supplement for DS2 to hopefully help with the exhaustion, if he takes it!! Also got some pain relief, turn out DD now has cramps, so yesterday night time meltdown was probable driven by PMT !!

Also been on v1nted and treated myself to not 1 but 2 pairs of shoes. OH have given me some money to buy a pair and to pay for the car which is having its service and MOT this week. I bought a replacement pair of the trainers I like same size diff colour way. and a replacement pair of toe post birks. my current pair are 6 years old and have seen better days, they really didnt enjoy the paddling in the sea i did 2 years ago, ive been saying i need to get another pair since! but now is the right time, they are like new and only 18.50 with postage ~ yey! Plus the trainers are also half the shop cost. so very happy with that. Next i will be on the look out for a new winter coat, the one I wear, I had a couple of years before we moved here and that was 10 years ago, and I did buy another to replace it about 4 years ago, but it wasnt a good buy and its not waterproof. Kinds looks a bit like a wax jacket, but def not waterproof. So will look to get a new one which will replace both of these, 1 in and 2 out!!

Not many jobs done apart form my work, which although its a BH, i try to keep to the same days

    💓 Gratefulls💓

    1. a calm non busy day😎
    2. bargain buys from V1nted👟🩴
    3. the musty smell from the sofa has nearly gone and I can sit on it ~ yey!!👌
  • Goodness, it's September!

And a busy week, work today, (and mum going off on her next adventure) Oh has left already for work and is flying off for an exhibition thing for work in germany

Early start and long drive West for a funeral tomorrow then car in garage thursday. Friday should be nice and calm! So still do not have DDs timetable for college. Had to write a bit of a snotty email to chase it up. They seem to be starting this year the same way as it went last year 🙄🙄🙄

    Anyway

    PAD is £6

    September £6

    CC is now £2135.00

Looking to get it under 2 k this week. I have some work money to pay in. Hopefully today

I'd take slow and uninteresting over dramatic too 🙏🏻❤️.

DD starts uni this month and hasn't a clue where to go or when. Maybe I should get her to chase it up! You've got a super busy week planned so hope all goes smoothly for you 😊.

Yep I think beanie is right, your DD will find it all out when she gets there, as long as she know her first day!!

Thank beanie, zero balance for my CC is my hyper focus.

I had a very busy morning and when I finished work I popped into the Drs surgery to ask about getting a Drs app for DS2 while he is (at home) visiting, but his drs are up north! When I came out I thought, I'll get a meal deal, its 1.30, im really hungry and i deserve one as ive been busy. ~ Had then I thought no you will not!! I came home and made a cheese and tom sarnie and popped £4.00 across to my CC inside of buying the meal deal. That's a much better use on the money!! Now it's ready to pay tomorrow, hopefully with a bit more.

Happy about that, focus focus focus!!!!
