  • Thank you beanie

Got up early doors with DD and went swimming, 1 km done, which was good although not fast at all. But haven't swam since before the summer hols because they closed the pool!

Now going some work, then DS2 need taking to see Dr. He's planning on going back up north tomorrow. Not sure what is going to happen with his health. He will need to switch back to his gp surgery and start over I guess!

Washing is on and it's looking like it might stay dry so might get another lined up.

Then need to mage a Dahl and football training this evening!

  • Been quite productive today, when Ive not been driving daughter to college to watch a game and take DS2 to the Drs (still no idea what going on with him, but blood tests and chest xray have come back ok. He is feeling a bit better. But this is largely because he's been doing nothing. He going back up north tomorrow and I just hope he will pace himself because we'll be back to square one again before he knows it if he's not very careful!

I had another bit of money land to today, I need to make sure my accounts are up to date for this other business which at the moment is going quite well. I am splitting the money so 20% is going to tax holding account and 10% to my pension, the rest to the CC My pension is basically non existent as I haven't worked full time since having a family and when I have worked its been self employed and I never got round to it ~ totally ridiculous when I look back. But i have only ever worked a few hours a week. Its still the same now, but I will at least try and up the pension a teeny bit!

So my payment for the next couple of days is ready to go. Im thinking about what I can sell as I really really want the CC gone. I need to save up my escape fund !! Which as taken a hammering and that too is basically non existent!

Anyhoo dahl for tea is prepped and ready for later and I now need to work on a couple of admin / form creating jobs

  • Been a lovely day, coofee with a local friend and then a video cask with another friend this afternoon.

Another little bit if money coming to today, which has been shuffled until various pots including the tax pot. I am ready enjoying having bits of money coming in from my second job. I am really hoping it continues to build and I can stop the main job! 😍😍

DS2 got the train back today, so it's just me OH and DD until my mum comes back either tomorrow or Friday.

Good vibes for the second job growing

Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

  • Thank you Watty and DFW really hoping the upward trend continues!!

I sent off forms for another person interested in horse healing and very annoyingly I found an msg on my website which it had not told me about and it was 13 days ago. Soive replied, but they have probably gone else where due to lack of response!!

My PAd, listed above was a nice juicy fat one, it was the money i lent DD which she gave me back in cash and I have finally paid it in Yey!! But the next few payments will be much lower. But still a boost to get a big chunk in. Cant wait for it to be under 1k!! and then a nice fat zero!

  • Saturday! Yey. Having a relaxing start to the day. Might have to do a big drive up north to collect uni boy 😢😢

He went up by train on Thursday, not a great trip, broken trains, delays etc. And he's exhausted, on the Friday he drove his car to the supermarket and I rang him as he was about to leave the car park. He could barely talk he was so exhausted. He text me about an hour later and said he was safely back buy wanted to come home and give up uni 😭😭😭

I told him to go to bed and try and sleep. No decisions needed to be made there and then. I said I would ring him this morning and so that's my next job. Obviously I've been worrying about him all last night!! I think reality hit him that this fatigue is not b*ggering off and he's not going to cope.

He's really upset and I am too. He's had just (after 2 years) found his feet and felt settled and joined a society (a sporty one) and made a few friends. I feel so sorry for him that all is this is now at risk just because he's fatigued. I think if he does come home it will be a year out rather than giving up. But I know he will feel like a failure and it will compound his already affected mental health.

Anyhow will ring him shortly and see how things are today. I Di wish he hadn't chosen a uni so blooming far away 🙄

Yesterday also brought no news update on either house purchase. My mum decided to stay a bit longer with her friend and she's coming back here on monday. DS1 and gf seem OK at mils. Gf is having to drive to work each shift, which is alot of miles and petrol. But not much can be done about this.
