I hope your health kick goes well! I’m also trying to eat more veggies at the moment and meditate each day. I’ve only been doing it for a week but mentally I feel so much better already
Hello @sunshineli thank you for popping onto the thread.
Good luck with your veggies! And the meditations.
I do know I am much better when I meditate regularly, so the question is why do I not do it? 🤔
    Hhaha

And I haven't done one yet today! Doh!

    Did make these though

Chocolate balls. They do have 2 chopped dates, so some sugar, but loads better than a bar of choc!

Been good today, had three choc balls with my evening cuppa. And this afternoon I had olives nuts and a slice of cheese. No biscuits or cake or jam or fizzy pop! Not that I have much pop, but I do like kombucha. But I didn't buy any as I guess that's too sugary? 🤔
Didn't manage a walk though! Will do better tomorrow!!

Morning, I got really interested in a comment on fb a couple of days ago and it's sent me down a right rabbit hole! It's rather on the woowoo side so I won't go until it here but I'm trying to learn something new and crazy! 😜 I love that I'm inspired by it though. I really feel I'm beginning to find me again, I hope so!
Anyway today is going to be another no sugar day. Just been trying to think about breakfast, might have peanut butter on toast. (ignoring the 20 jars of jam we have in the pantry that we've made over the last couple of years🤣)
    Had loads of water yesterday.
I've had my mushroom coffee, it's delicious but I'm going to switch to hot water / lemon after and see how I go. I'm not looking to cut it out but def reduce it.
I have a client later and then need to run a couple of jobs while I'm out (chemist / post office / fuel)
Must do online for order too as DS2 is coming home and the food Acc money has been topped up so will get some GF treats for him

    Today has been good.
Took DD and friend to a national trust place. Its near where we used to live, so quite a drive, but so lovely there especially this time of year, it's worth it. Took a picnic to make it cheaper and had it on a bench. Boy it was busy there!
Today had been hard resisting the sugar😔 I packed choc chip cookies and choc kitkats for them, and I had a couple of my choc balls and managed to resist. But driving home I just kept thinking about how I wanted a chocolate biscuit or a cake!!!
I had an apple instead 🍏😋
    So that's 3 days, yippee.
And I've been great with my water intake, and did loads of walking today. So fairly pleased.
Need to crack on tomorrow with house jobs.

    Oops!
I took DD shopping so she could buy some jeans, which was successful. But! I bought a meal deal and it was only as I opened the choc bar I realised what I was doing!
So i ate it, 🤣 wasn't going to throw away a bar I just bought!
I also had a choc biscuit after tea. But it was only 1 😋.
    Will get going again tomorrow!!

It's really hard to stick to restrictions in diet when everyone around you us eating it. It's why I start so many healthy eating plans and then abandon them after a tough day or seeing someone else pigging out on nice naughty stuff!

Hmm diet restrictions gone by the wayside 🫣🫣🫣
It's stress that seems to through everything askew
Anyhow still gong strong with the water, at that 1 positive.
DD didn't want to go back to college. There seems to be very little chance she will manage a bus when even going by car is so difficult.
I have a hospital app this afternoon, but not much else planned. Need to make a list to be more productive.

Feels like I'm moaning alot, I think it's the time is year 🤔 still deliberating on getting a SAD lamp.
