Except when I had a pension with Scottish Widows it did for a time appear in the list of my Halifax accounts.Eco_Miser said:Sea_Shell said:I wondered if it would now show in the Lloyds app, along with my Halifax accounts and Scottish Widows pension, but it doesn't appear to.
Will it ever?
I hope not. I don't want the £100,000s of investments getting mixed in any way with the £100s going through the banks.0 -
I just logged into SW for the first time and it seems very pale. They seem to have spent all this time removing the colour from the site. I don't log in very often it seems I have only placed 1 trade this year. Still it's nice to see my account valuation has increased I suppose. Maybe I will ask them to transfer in a small Santander S&S ISA that I only opened for the cashback.0

Me too - happy to see the new free regular investment option so took the chance to do some automatic movement of the build up of dividends into the Royal London Short Term MM fund so I'll get the benefit of some interest on them (though will obviously lose £5 of it when I come to sell).Alexland said:I just logged into SW for the first time and it seems very pale. I've never used any regular investing type feature but I understand it's now available, as also confirmed in your post. I am guessing this means commission-free when buying a fund but, as alluded to in your post, the commission-free is for buying only - the selling part later would incur the dealing commission. It probably seems obvious, but I just wanted to check I've understood it correctly in case I've missed anything. (ie. I suppose what I'm just double-checking is that there's no "regular selling" equivalent).

There is no free regular drawdown/selling option for those living off their investments.ivormonee said:Notepad_Phil said:Me too - happy to see the new free regular investment option so took the chance to do some automatic movement of the build up of dividends into the Royal London Short Term MM fund so I'll get the benefit of some interest on them (though will obviously lose £5 of it when I come to sell).

Anyone noticed that the Research button under an investment no longer works for funds? Loads the info for shares ok but funds just comes up with the words "N/A (N/A)" and no data. Anyone else replicate it?Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0

I logged in but then realised I don't have any funds (OEICS or unit trusts) in SWSD, so I can't test it for those. I tried it for an ETF though and it worked fine for that. I also went to the fund centre in research without logging in, and can see OEIC/ unit trust info. that way, but I think your concern is more likely to be that the fund info./research pages should be loading up by clicking "+" and then "research" from the individual funds listed in your account when logged in. Sorry I can't be more help.

The new SW system only allows me to log in on my pc but not on my phone, first thoughts are to look for a new provider. HL currently have a £150 JL voucher for new transfers.0
