Universal Credit Managed Migration - I'm on the sick but they want me to work

Today, I received a message from DWP that I need to complete a to-do item in my list about my current circumstances, so I went ahead and checked through everything and most of it was fine until it got to my bank account.
The details they said they had on me was that I had a certain amount in my main bank account which was true months ago when I started my claim, but that has since changed (as it's a current account and constantly changes) and so I specified the current amount it is now. There was also a concern I had that the "MR" on my name on my current debit card was missing in their records, but I found out that they don't tend to record titles, and I think they told me to leave it out anyway.
But the biggest worry I've had now is that they don't seem aware of my second "spare" bank account which has been empty for a long time, but I'm certain I mentioned it when I started the claim. Why would they forget? And if I never entered the details of the second bank account, could I be done for fraud for neglecting to mention it?
Is there a way for me to view the full details of my claim, as in the data I entered when I made my claim, without it being viewed as "reporting a change"?

If you go to your Journal in your UC account and scroll down to the date you submitted your claim you will see an entry titled New claim details were submitted - click on this and a new screen will appear. This will outline everything you declared, including bank account details (the last 4 digits of every account you included will be listed) under a section headed Money, savings and investments. I declared a savings account with £0 in it and this is listed in that section. I'd guess any bank account declared in the same way will be listed too.2

More hassle:
Late last year, I attended my appointment by phone with my work coach, whose name starts with "S", and it went fine. Then "An agent" made a new appointment for me for another such appointment by phone by today, Jan 8th 2026 at 10am.
So the day arrives, I'm waiting patiently at my phone for the call to come before 10am. 10am comes and goes. 10:10 comes and goes, 10:20 comes and goes. In all that time, no call. Then I check my journal and a message is left by "An agent" asking why I didn't attend the appointment!
I checked my phone log history, and no call was made whatsoever. I was waiting there the whole time, so I should know, but why automatically penalise me because no work coach was available, especially at this time of year?
It would seem that the DWP UC system makes these appointments automatically with no human involvement and then flags unmade calls as violations on the claimant's part when they have followed the rules perfectly.
I took screenshots of the relevant information and left an explanation, but I don't know what will happen now. I'm guessing a human will get in touch and just reschedule the appointment. Either way, I've been worried about this call for weeks and it's a real nuisance.

So send a journal message stating you have already attended an appointment late last year and did not receive any contact on 8th Jan. Ask for an explanation
The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.1 -

Sounds like you've done everything you can and since you have no idea exactly what happened to cause the problem I'd say move on and do something better with your time.Just keep yourself right.1 -
Did you add a journal message to state you were waiting and to CONFIRM the number that they tried to phone? Generally they phone from 0800 numbers, so make sure you don't hastily block those.0

I "attended" a similar call months earlier without issue, and I didn't block any numbers since then, so I thought it would go through as normal.TimeLord1 said:Did you add a journal message to state you were waiting and to CONFIRM the number that they tried to phone? As it is, they're looking into the issue and in the meantime, I've got a new appointment to go to the JCP in person, in case it happens again, I suppose.

Usually if it is from a jobcentre, they'll send a letter if they failed to contact you. They claimed to call me but didn't and then decided it was an error in their system. Always cover yourself instantly by leaving a message and calling if it's important.2

I've read somewhere that the DWP will call UC claimants for their phone appointments using random 0800 numbers, that can't be called back if missed. I've been receiving cold callers with 0800 numbers (the ones who don't say a word and wait for you to respond, so they know the number is active and will spam you) and I was blocking them, but now I'm worried that I may block a number that the DWP will use to call me.
Is this a possibility or am I just overly concerned?
