Universal Credit Managed Migration - I'm on the sick but they want me to work

The details that ESA provided UC as part of the migration, shows that you would be in the Limited capability for work (LCW). This type of group on UC does not qualify for any additional monies. Only those placed in the Limited capability for work and work-related activity element (LCWRA), are awarded an additional amount on UC. You have been placed in the Limited capability for work (LCW) group, and this is showing on your records. but it would not as advised provide any additional monies

Journal replies are frequently wrong, if you had your ESA WRAG award prior to 3 April 2017 add a further Journal note stating you are eligible for LCW payment due your ESA WRAG award pre dating 3 April 2017.

The problem is, everything hinges on this:
you were in the work-related activity group in ESA before 3 April 2017
I know I've been in WRAG since I first went on ESA from Income Support back around 2010-12 or thereabouts, but how can I find out for sure? Every year I've had an award letter from DWP about ESA, and I figured the award was renewed every year and I got the letter as notification. All I know for sure is that I had a WCA later on in 2017, in the summer, but I was still on ESA WRAG after that time.
KxMx, I would quote what you say, including the URL as a reference, but I might be antagonising the DWP payment people if they're right and I'm wrong. They might sanction me for the sake of it!

Don't worry on the last paragraph... you've a right to query a decision and indeed formally challenge it (Mandatory reconsideration.. and independent appeal if required) if they persist in not accepting what you say. They won't sanction you for questioning a decision."Do not attribute to conspiracy what can adequately be explained by incompetence" - rogerblack1 -
I've just sent the message, it reads:
Can you please double-check that? According to the UK GOV website, I am eligible for LCW payment due my ESA WRAG award pre dating 3 April 2017. The relevant information is at this link, at section 10.2: (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/universal-credit-if-you-have-a-disability-or-health-condition-quick-guide/universal-credit-if-you-have-a-disability-or-health-condition#moving-from-employment-and-support-allowance-to-universal-credit)

^the above message seems fine to me. As long as you have been getting an extra payment (for LCW / WRAG) with your ESA then it shows that your claim pre-dated 3 April 2017.If you still get nowhere, then I suggest you put in a mandatory reconsideration that you should be getting an additional amount in your UC for limited capability for work.1

I got a reply a few hours ago:
We have raised your query with the technical teams, as to why the payment has not been included on the award. They will investigate this and advise in due course. As soon as we have a response from the technical teams, we will update you here in the journal.

It's been over five days, I wonder if they've forgotten to investigate, or given up.

I've had a response. A new message on my journal said:
You have been underpaid £158.76. You should receive this payment within the next 3 to 5 working business days.
And there was an accompanying PDF link that was an electronic letter detailing the discrepancy.
So I've got my LCW element now, but I know someone who's also recently migrated to UC and, as far as I know, has not had his LCWRA element. Should I tell him he's entitled to it if he hasn't gotten it yet? Should I refer him to the above link to the UK GOV website?
