Stinky is a dog. Fatty is a cat. There’s another cat sometimes called noisy or squeaky or fartipants.

Didn't get any OATS done today, just felt far too hot.  But will hopefully get on them in the next few days, when I have finished my new planner and actually see what the OATs are.

    Yesterday my OATs were:

🌼 worked on my digital photos storage project
🌼 cleared, deep cleaned, decluttered and reorganised some of the kitchen

    OAT prevention:
🌼 responded to an email about a future event, immediately

I'm not sure of today's plans yet, but I will try to include an OAT.

Very welcome @EssexHebridean and a great OAT list to tackle. Obviously everything has to be done at an acceptable pace around daily life, these diaries are entirely about recognising the things that do or will give us that background brain discomfort or heart sinking feeling, and making them actionable, because our poor old brains and hearts don't need extra worries when we could in fact just do or progress the task!

Surviving this weather without sunburn/dehydration/rash decisions to move to Antarctica absolutely an achievement @Makingabobor2

Well done @Baileys_Babe, hope you have an OAT scoffing day

I'm going to reframe my stressy day out yesterday as an OAT and say I was catching up with family members who I (mostly) hadn't seen for a year! No more family guilt for a good few months now. I have paid my dues thoroughly.  :D
I like to keep my OAT demands contained to the last week or so of the month so I will be joining you all with some proper OATs after I've rested and recovered from a busy two weeks.
