We went away for a few days to London and Brighton at the weekend and came back with a huge load of laundry to do. I bought a charity shop white denim jacket in Brighton that was slightly stained so I cleaned that today with some hydrogen peroxide I ordered from Amazon. It worked quite well. I just scrubbed the patio with the last bottle of white vinegar. I have to do that regularly as we get a lot of pigeons and seagulls in our garden. It will dry soon as it is quite hot here today.

Yesterday the cats had their boosters. All very stressful as they hate the vet but behaved nicely once there.
Felt equally stressed over white spots on some of my plants and flowers. Googled it and came up with some concoction of bicarbonate of soda, liquid soap and distilled white vinegar mixed with water to spray on them. I also removed some badly infected leaves.
Today I spent the morning tending to the poorly plants and disposed of more manky bits. Tended my healthy plants and quarantined the white spotty ones well away. Please keep your fingers crossed.
Sadly my unpleasant neighbour apparently does not approve of me making the front of his property look appealing despite the fact it is actually our garden whilst his is to the rear. I can hear him swearing and we have picked up loads of expletives on our new CCTV audio as he walks past even when we’re indoors. I will not let him get to me (even though I suspect he’s a psycho).Tilly Tidying andPADing in 2024 £250.62

The variety of tasks we are all undertaking is fabulous.
today I did sums, including working out percentages which are above my pay grade. I did these sums to send to my accountant 🤷♀️
I also got round to dealing with a bedroom rug which had been vomitted on by the cat and which didn't fare well in the washing machine (the rug not the cat). I have diligently trimmed all the loose ends that had unravelled after the wash. Rug is back in situ and looks fine.4 -
Green fingers crossed for the plants @Sallyforth. Eejit neighbour can expletive all he likes, it's your garden so as long as you're not imposing owt on anyone else's property then he can do one. If anything I would be looking into ancient records of right of way 😂4

More pictures hung this morning, and lots of stuff tidied/put away. Clearly I'm procrastinating as I have some very tedious work to do.3
