- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £230,969
- OPs to mortgage = £12,270 Interest saved £5,816 to date
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

Not today, snack attack, I really am out of control, I found I was more in control when I was making cakes - but it is just too hot reallyXX

Missions for the rest of the year:-

1) Build up an emergency fund (EF)
2) Improve spending habits.
3) Create a budget that is compatible to me.
4) Buy healthier snacks to avoid junk food splurges.
