    So will match Club Lloyds - credit interest if two DDs.
    Also wouldn't be surprised if they release the same lifestyle benefits as CL as a replacement for the rewards we are losing from Halifax.

    I was hoping that might be the case, but I think they would have told us now if they were planning on doing that to soften the blow of removing the previous benefits. Also Bank of Scotland (who Halifax actually use for their banking licence) have Vantage benefits that exactly match the new Halifax offer, without any Club Lloyds Lifestyle Benefits.

    But we still have to pay in £1500 to avoid the £3 fee every month?

    Time to switch again 🙂

    I could not see any mention about this, does anyone know if we still have to pay the £1500 each month?
    I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
    The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
    There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
    I listen all night for your step on the stair.

    Letter received in the post today suggests that they really are only doing the changes we know of.

    Not much point in staying with them but I wondered when was the best time to close to avoid being charged £3 fee, is it as soon as you're paid your outstanding rewards in October?

    If you're intent on closing them then yes, I'd wait until they pay the outstanding rewards in Oct. Personally I'm keeping mine open, partly because mine are linked to YouGov, but also partly to see what they end up offering (if anything) down the line. I've automated the monthly paying by SO so it's no extra effort on my end either way.

    Also there's no way of knowing if we'll be allowed to open more than one in the future, if the offering does become attractive again.

    I presume you haven't been paying the £3 fee up until now by paying in the £1.5k per month? Just carry on doing that
    I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?
