Presuming FlexAccount, £200/month in and £200/month out is not sufficient. Check the eligibility requirements on the website, which are more permissive than previous years.JohnSwift10 said:I have not had any notice about getting the £100/£200 (it is a joint account) and I have a Nationwide Flex current account and a flex regular saver that I saved £200 a month into for a year with that £200 going through the Flex current account.
And yet I got two £50s earlier this year.
Could it be because I withdrew the money and closed the regular saver after a year on 15th May 2025?
The 'Big Thank You' payment was even more permissive still, you only needed one product on takeover day to get it.0 -
Have a look at the eligibility checker at https://www.nationwide.co.uk/about-us/fairer-share/check/JohnSwift10 said:I have not had any notice about getting the £100/£200 (it is a joint account) and I have a Nationwide Flex current account and a flex regular saver that I saved £200 a month into for a year with that £200 going through the Flex current account.
If the above is the only activity on your Nationwide account you wouldn't qualify.

I may as well close the accounts as I originally had the current account for travel insurance but when I got old they took it away so I went to Santander for some reason, I can't remember why now..gt94sss2 said:

You may want to look again at Nationwide. They changed insurance provider and as part of the changes abolished the maximum age limit they previously had.JohnSwift10 said:

I never intend to travel abroad again so I no longer need travel insurance.gt94sss2 said:

I've even let my passport lapse.0 -

I think the eligibility date was the 31st March 2025, so that would not be the reason. As others have said, there must be something else in the criteria that you did not do, sorry.0 -
Or just spend the few mins a month transferring money about in Jan, Feb and Mar in hope next year. £500 in and 2x£250 payments back did the trick the last few years.JohnSwift10 said:

Nothing for Virgin Money members. Again.
- Trousered a VM acquisition related bonus previously
- Ignored just now.
Virgin Money customers are very much second class citizens 👎👎
i guess when they ruin the Club M Current Account… I’ll be off…..0 -
There are no "Virgin Money members", only bank customers.neilpost said:Nothing for Virgin Money members. Again.

And in the last year they've been offered a 10% interest bonus for switching and a ridiculously generous 10% Regular Saver.
The plan is to mutualise personal accounts starting next year, but why wait? Get a Nationwide account opened and get yourself eligible for next year's payment (presuming there will be one).4
