If you bank with Nationwide, you could get a free £100 paid into your account next month as part of the building society's 'Fairer Share' scheme. The bonus will be paid to millions of its current account customers who also have savings or a mortgage with it.

    Announced today, £100 for eligible members.

    The eligibility criteria appears to be the same as last year. Eligible members will receive an email by 30/5, and payment will be received between 18/6 and 4/7.

    According to the T&Cs my wife and I are eligible, but last year only I got it despite us having joint accounts. Just logged in and no message.

    I didn’t get the message either when I logged in just now but if you go on the live chat and click Fairer Share, the bot confirms whether you are eligible or not (well it did for me and no need to speak to anyone).

    I've been a member for 25 years and have used it as my main current account, but had less than £100 in savings in March, so failed to qualify.

    I feel a bit short-changed (excuse the pun).  :/

    When I go on live chat it states that it doesn’t currently have the required information. As far as I can tell I would qualify though.
