Those terms don't apply if you did a full switch between 1st Jan- 31st Mar.clairec666 said:

When was the switch completed? It needed to complete between 01Jan-31Mar to qualify. Also, was it a full CASS switch from another bank into an eligible Nationwide account, which closed their account at the other bank?jwball said:My friend didn't get it, despite having done a current account switch before the 31st March and having over £100 in savings with them. Or by carrying out a full current account switch before the 31st March which meant the transactions didn't apply.clairec666 said:

Yes full CASS switch, old account closed.
Nationwide aren't interested which is disappointing as he's met the criteria.1 -
Nationwide customer service tends to be ponderous and slow, they usually get there eventually however.jwball said:

I have a friend who didn't get the earlier £50. They couldn't make headway online, or by phone, so made a branch visit to discuss. They got their £50 and another £50 compensation.
It's worth persevering.0 -
You could always get the account holder to go to a branch. They may be able to help. My previous experience with them in branch has been great.0

Nationwide aren't interested which is disappointing as he's met the criteria.Get them to open a complaint. That'll get it dealt with.Make sure they include the poor service they've received with regards to being told they aren't eligible even though it's plain in the terms that they should've been.1 -
My £100 arrived on the 18th June. A useful addition to the Cash ISA!
