How do I pay this Austrian Doctors Invoice? I don't speak any German. Any German Speakers?

Have you asked your bank about paying it. Phone them and ask how to do it.

Have you asked your bank about paying it. Phone them and ask how to do it.

I know, but phoning Lloyds is unnecessary as it's easy to do via online banking. Making international payments isn't the big deal it used to be.

The OP obviously did not know how to do it online so was asking for  advice, so I gave mine. If he needed help the best people to help were his bank.

If he did not know how to do it online what help is it saying do it online.

Thanks all.  Thanks to the helpful comments herein I managed to sort it.  I had to do some 'tampering' with the BIC number but worked it out in the end.  Thanks for all your comments and assistance.
