Ignore their self imposed deadline, given that they seem to be way behind
The mediation service will contact you in due course
Keep checking your MCOL claim history for any progress3 -
efctoot said:@Gr1pr Thanks I have just checked my MCOL and it still says latest document is AOS
Email them ASAP using the advice seen in other recent threads about URGENT , UNPROCESSED DOCUMENTS , missing paperwork etc , TODAY
This explains why nothing happened , same as in the following thread

@Gr1pr After you replied to me here I called in a panic worried my defence hadnt been logged (although I did receive a letter through the post acknowledging my defence). The lady on the phone confirmed my defence had been logged and that I didnt need to do anything other than wait for the questionnaire...... Its been another 3 weeks and it still hasnt changed on the MCOL website and no sign of the Questionnaire. The lady on the phone they were waiting for ECP's response to my defence. Looks like they are taking their time to respond!1

Looks like they are taking their time to respond! It's very important that people like you - entrapped in the court claim process - take time now to tell the Government that:
a). you have no faith in POPLA or the IAS and that there must be the SINGLE APPEALS SERVICE that the Parking (Code of Practice) Act 2019 *almost* promised.
AND
b). THAT THE ENRICHMENT OF 'DEBT RECOVERY FEES' MUST BE COMPLETELY BANNED. DISPUTED CASES ARE NOT SOLVED BY DEMANDING MORE MONEY AND ENGINEERING A 'PAYMENT PLAN'.
Responses are invited to the Consultation now:

You can speak from experience re both those matters. Do it this month or in August at the latest pleeease!
We will discuss it on that thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Coupon-mad @gpr1Questionnaire has today arrived through the post. Will fill it in, scan and email back where appropriate. Where or what is the DCB legal email address? As it is in mail form do I need to physically post it back?0
-
@Coupon-mad @gpr1 I have also received a letter from DCB Legal which encloses a copy of their side of the questionnaire with a short paragraph explaining after reading my defence they intend to proceed. I assume i just ignore that?0

Who posted it ? Dcb legal or the CNBC ?
Post your MCOL claim history below if unsure
You definitely DO NOT use snail mail, do not scan it either, download a blank one and fill it in , you should be following the 8 steps in the defence template thread, no deviation1
