Hey Guys, I have received the following in the post today, what does this mean?

It means what it says ... your case will be heard at St Helens court, the judge will let you know when. When you get that from the judge, make sure you read the letter carefully, because it will tell you by when you must submit your Witness Statement - usually 14 days prior to your hearing.efctoot said:Hey Guys, I have received the following in the post today, what does this mean?

But, as DCB Legal are involved, don't be surprised if they withdraw before then ... but don't fall asleep on it either! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Did you request St. Helens county court? There have been instances recently of the CNBC incorrectly allocating hearings to St. Helens.1
