Who posted it   ?  Dcb legal or the CNBC   ?

Post your MCOL claim history below if unsure

You definitely DO NOT use snail mail, do not scan it either,   download a blank one and fill it in , you should be following the 8 steps in the defence template thread,  no deviation
It was sent by the CNBC. I have some questions,
1; where do i download the questionnaire
2; where do i find the email addresses to 'cc' into the email to the cnbc
3; where do i find which my local court is to put in the DQ? (I am in the north west Warrington area)

    1) from the UK government website

    2) in the defence template thread in announcements,  plus use the info@ address for dcb legal

    3) using courtfinder and add your postcode or address

@Gr1pr @Coupon-mad I have had my mediation phone call last week. Offered them £20, they rejected. What happens now?

@Gr1pr Thanks, I have studied that. When will I know if they are going to proceed to a hearing or drop the case?

Just before the hearing fee is due to be paid by them to your local civil court,  next year sometime,  perhaps in 6 to 12 months
