I won't answer that question because I already advised you to read ten or more linked ECP cases on Umkomaas' thread to find out for yourself. Have you read them yet?efctoot said:

IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN.
Read the WS & evidence section.
Then, secondly, go and read the latest ten Euro Car Parks case links in @Umkomaas' DCB Legal discontinuances thread.
You'll see when it happens. Read several.

Thanks so much for the info, no sign of a NoD anyhwere yet sadly! My case was a simple overstaying in the car park wiithout paying for P&D ticket. Caveats being i never got out of the car, the car was running the whole time, my wife (a blue badge holder) was with me in the car the whole time, and the car is leased so I do not own the car. Is there a WS of your knowledge that I could read/ copy ad edit that aligns with mine? Im Desperate for a template.Gr1pr said:Email, to the court and also to the solicitors DCB LEGAL as well by the deadline date
