It means what it says ... your case will be heard at St Helens court, the judge will let you know when. When you get that from the judge, make sure you read the letter carefully, because it will tell you by when you must submit your Witness Statement - usually 14 days prior to your hearing.

But, as DCB Legal are involved, don't be surprised if they withdraw before then ... but don't fall asleep on it either!

Yes I have received it now, whsat is my witness statement? Is this in the 12 steps?

@Coupon-mad this letter says that by rhe 2nd of January I must 'file at court and serve on each other the written evidence upon which they proposed to rely'  

What does that mean??

Email,  to the court and also to the solicitors DCB LEGAL as well  by the deadline date 

Look up the court details using Google or Courtfinder 

Use the info@ email address for DCB Legal
