The appointment will appear on your journal one from an Agent and one from the jobcentre rep that will do the claimant commitments. So two weeks and you should be left alone and finished the migration.1

Just keep an eye on the Journal, mail from the postman, or a call from an 0800 number on your mobile.1

Today is my second payment of the month because I've gone for being paid twice a month instead of once. They have paid me the wrong amount. They have paid me the £192.13 which was without the support group added instead of paying me £403.77 with it. I've made a journal entry under payments. This is what I put:Hello,I should have had £403.77 paid into my bank account today which is a revised amount from £192.13 because you were waiting on ESA to confirm my support group status which they did on 2nd of July. Unfortunately I've had £192.13 paid into my bank account instead of the £403.77 I should have been paid. Please can you look into this & pay me what you owe me?. Thank You0

You are receiving both NSESA every 2 weeks + Universal Credit rent payments and Disability Income Guarantee now UC possibly 2 split payments. Does your UC statement show LCWRA on it anywhere?1

The CB ESA will be converted to New Style ESA and paid each fortnight as it is now, it will currently pay £140.55 a week (£281.10 each fortnight).
*It will then be deducted £ for £ from your UC payment at £609.05 a month.
Also if you asked for the advance payment this will also be a monthly deduction -£25 per month1 -
@TimeLord1
Yes the corrected statement shows that I have limited capability for work and work related activity.
I do get CB New style ESA paid at the correct amount every two weeks & is taken off the U/C payment in the amounts you say.
I didn't ask for an advanced payment.
It's because my U/C was worked out without knowing my ESA status because there is a back log. So it was originally worked out to be £192.13 to be paid twice a month. Then on the 2nd of July ESA contacted U/C & said I'm in the support group. So the U/C was worked out again including the support group payment which takes my U/C payments to £403.77 paid twice a month.
They paid me £423.27 that they owed me from my first payment of U/C. But today they should have paid me the second payment of £403.77. But instead of paying me the higher amount I'm guessing someone didn't update the computer to pay me £403.77 instead of the £192. 13.
No reply on my journal yet.0 -
Did you send your message under the payments option, it being a Friday. I wouldn't expect anything solid until next week. Your message could be picked up by your local jobcentre and forwarded to an Agent so could be a few days wait.
Also is the rent being paid to you or the landlord?1 -

No reply on my journal yet.Underpayments don’t recognise non-standard payment cycles.Your original UC statement said £192.13 (x2) - these payments were auto issued when that UC statement generated. They added LCWRA late, so an overall Underpayment was produced - £423.27. When the Underpayment is issued, the UC statement is revised to show the “corrected” award. In theory half of the Underpayment should have been paid in for first half of the UC award, and the other half in the second half of the UC award, but instead you got it as a lump sum. You’ve had a total of £807.53 - UC part 1 £192.13, Underpayment £423.27, UC part 2 £192.13. As long as the two UC awards plus the Underpayment add up correctly to the total on the UC statement, it’s all been paid.1 -
I think the split payments have complicated this; effectively, 3 payments of UC and 2 from NSESA a month have confused them. All support payments are paid via NSESA twice a month. Rent and former disability income guarantee are now paid by UC 3 times a month. I'm unsure why they've started splitting UC payments.1

@TimeLord1 Yes I sent the jounal message under the payments option. I was offered to have the U/C paid once a month or if I want it to be paid twice a month. I opted for twice a month.
@8dayweek you are right, thank you for laying it out like that. I have been paid what I should have so I will put another message on my journal under payment & say I can now see I've been paid right.
Thanks for your help
