    It is worrying but we are both close to the end of it thankfully. Lets see which one of us gets it first I will put it on here when I do

    What you will get is a UC message about the NSESA claimant commitments appointment with someone from your local job centre; their name will be added. They may message to confirm this on the journal, and then a letter from DWP to confirm the NSESA appointment also. Date, time, the call should be short just Yes / No answers etc.

    The call will come from 0800 numbers so don't block the call as unknown

    Then you will get a journal message. So an appointment to-do list banner will remain in to-do until the appointment is completed. Then you'll get a journal message with the you attended telephone appointment date,time etc. Then the agent or system clears to do list and that's basically done you shouldn't get anything else unless you report changes etc.

     So just check the to do and journal or whenever they email about UC notification.

    So the DWP may send a UC message, an email, a text or a letter or more than one of these? That's unnecessarily complicated. Also, I'm not sure what the above screenshot is meant to signify. I've got the above in my Journal. Twice in fact, once on the day I submitted my claim and again on the day my statement was generated. But it's a "for information" message. I don't know if you're suggesting it means something else?

    Also ignore anything requesting fit notes it doesn't recognise migration from ESA and treats it as new claim only.

    That's basically for the Contribution part Robbie, until the NSESA commitments is done it's generated by a question or payment. Nothing to worry about. And yes you will receive a DWP letter for the appointment. Maybe one also from the jobcentre from the person who it's with.

    Ah, I see. I wasn't sure why you had posted the screenshot. Your explanation makes sense. So once the conts based ESA has been changed to NS ESA after the committments appointment, that message stops appearing?

    Yes the to do list will be empty again.

    You're both welcome, it's basically a bit of a wait now and after the above is completed. A sigh of relief 😮‍💨 Then time for tea. ☕

    Oh another thing after the claimant commitments you should get a copy of those sent to you from the Jobcentre usually in 3-4 sheets of paper it will be a NSESAL28 Letter with X in boxes what you've agreed with the jobcentre.

    Example on here

    @Robbie64 & @TimeLord1

    I've just had the letter. It says that I will have an appointment booked for me either at the job centre or on the phone which I must attend to agree on a "Claimant Commitment".

    I haven't yet received the appointment day or time
