    Sorry yet another question,

Will they make the LCWRA payment in a few days or is it going to be added to the next months payment? so I get two months worth in one month as I've read here they will back date it

Once the LCWRA has been sorted, a letter will be added to your Journal stating the amount you are owed due to underpayment. A new statement will also be added alongside the previous one.

Money owed will then be paid within a few working days.

And some money taken off because of savings they have done an explanation which is right
Have you declared your correct capital? by deducting income (benefit payments etc) and any Cost of Living payments you kept?

ESA can't keep up with the increased pace of Managed Migrations and they have fallen behind with confirming peoples ESA status to UC, which means that it isn't unusual for the LCW/ LCWRA to be missing from the first statement.
There's still a few days where it might get added before your payment is due, but it will probably be a bit longer.

Sorry I keep getting the black screen with cloudflare so I type out my answer but get that screen, when I come back it's deleted my message.

    I will type quicker!.

    @HillStreetBlues

On applying for U/C the question was how much savings have you got which I have a savings account so I put that much in. Then it asked how much money do I have in my bank account which I put. Nothing apart from benefits goes into my bank account.

@Newcad Yes I was really hoping to have missed the ESA backlog but alas not.

When it said we will pay you £192 on the 28th June then £192 on the 12th of July I knew something was wrong!. But it's the missing health element. Which is £423.27 a month which brings the total to around the amount I was expecting.

And yes Newcad they have split the amount straight away instead of giving it all for one month.

Well as you have no doubt noticed they often do sonething differently to what their own webpages say.
(And then they seem surprised that claimants say that they don't have confidence that the DWP will do what they say they will).

Sadly because of how it's incorrectly written the DWP are making more deduction than they should from people.

Your AP is the 22nd to the 21st any benefits paid in that period is income and only become capital (savings) in the next AP.

For your current AP 22nd June to 21st July you should report capital on the 21st July. To calculate this you add up all monies (for example £8,000)  then you deduct your income from that, your income will be the two or three ESA payments, your one or two pip payments and your UC payment made on the 27th June. (for example the all add up to £1500) Using the example figures the reported capital would be £6,500 (£8,000-£1,500) NOT £8000.
Also if you have kept your Cost of Living payments these are deducted, using an example again if you kept £900 of the CoL payments this would also come of your capital,  that would mean the capital declared would be £5,600 (£8,000-£1500-£900). Also any arrears of benefits are disregarded for at least a year.
I have just used made up figures for examples.

My figures might help understanding a bit better.
At the end of my last AP  I had £11,350 in monies, that comprises of  £1792 income, £1850 CoL payments, £2269 in back payments ignored for another 11 months)
£11,350 - £1792 -£1850 -£2269 therefore my capital is £5439. I have no capital deductions, if I had declared the £11,350 as my capital I would have an incorrect deduction of  £95.70.
