They say that the sort code is optional and that the account number is you NI number:
Your Moneybox ISA statements say the same: "NI Number (and the account reference)".And "Budgeting & bank accounts" is probably not the best place for asking this question when there is "Savings & investments" board with "ISAs & tax-free savings" subboard.0 -

In the app:ronbell101 said:I want to transfer an existing Cash ISA with Moneybox into a Trading212 Cash ISA but I cannot find my moneybox sort code and account number to give to Trading212 anyone know where I can find it ?
cheers
Scroll to ISA Overview, and tap Cash ISA
On next screen, tap Cash ISA
On next screen, tap ...More
Then tap Manual bank transfers
Scroll a little bit and you will see your account details1 -
This looks really helpful, but do you know how to do it outside the app please?

Those are the details for MoneyBox's collective nominee account, not a customer account.

You simply use your NI number as a reference, nothing else needed. Did it myself 2 weeks ago.

to which bank? Did you do it in a bank? All the online transfers don’t include Starling or Moneybox in the dropdown, I phone Santander they’re still asking for a a/c sort code or roll number, thanks

Lloyds bank told me they couldn't progress my transfer from Moneybox without an account number and sort code. Gave them the Moneybox nominee account details plus my NI number as reference and it now seems to be moving as Moneybox have now received the transfer request.

All zeroes is the recommended option when a bank requires something to be entered. It avoids the recipient getting confused about the details provided. Though hopefully MoneyBox has seen it all by now.
