Hope all goes as well as it can with the CAB. Not really got any debt advice but re the panic attacks I found that the less I did things the scarier things got, the more I challenged myself the more confident I felt, this was after being agraphobic for a while, unfortunately you have to keep fighting it, it's worth it though, a few years ago I wouldn't leave the house by mself, now, I'm itching for all this snow to stick so I can play out with the dogs!

Hello Anna, you have been through hard / bad times but do you know what you have come out the other end a better person. The CAB as well as this site should be able to point you in the right direction to begin getting everything back on track. You are strong and nothing is too bad to be fixed. Are there other GP's in you practice - if so request an appointment with one of those. You don't have to go see the same one all the time. Also you will be able to talk through your feelings over you sisters treatment with them.
