I don't believe so no, wording of commitments also changes with LCWRA.
Also once LCWRA has been confirmed the new payment statement will show and state LCWRA element.1 -
@KxMx Thanks, handy to know.0

@Spoonie_Turtle Thank you, I appreciate the information. I haven't seen any update to that section it still looks how it was so far. Yes next statement is early June I just checked.0

@TimeLord1 Thanks, I have looked and think it's still the same as I last checked. I had to be told about that screen on the phone or here or somewhere I think.0

What a mess..I got through the 1st time and they didn't let me finish speaking (stammer and communication issue on my part from anxiety), second time I was told to be patient as they have lots of cases, which ok is fair enough but I did say it's been since March this and I only phoned now because soon it's nearly at end of second period of UC. Got transferred again supposedly to a different team and they said they'd escalate it and to expect a response, but that just sent me back to main beginning automated menu.
I'm not sure now if the second one knew about my call a couple of days ago despite me saying. They referred back to when they'd escalated it already which was over 2 weeks ago. So idk. Gonna be next week now before I hear anything.
I just wanted to know if they read journal messages if I phone afterwards or not, and didn't really get an answer besides they're probably busy with others. I honestly was just going to hang up because I'd already been transferred twice.
I don't like ringing at the best of times and it was only the comment about patience that reacted to and mentioned it's been since March so not sure how long is a good time to to wait. Another fortnight, a month? So they are asking a case manager again about it though unsure if it's the same case manager. Is it the same one/ just one person allocated to me? I still don't know how true the journal and the messaging more than once sending you to the back of the queue is.
A message did pop up in the journal this time from "agent" (last call it didn't hence why I wondered if that's why they didn't message me by the date stated. I hope they message through the journal and not phone as they asked for my number. Anyway sorry and thanks again for everyone's replies.0 -
Update. Hey everyone. Thanks for all your messages and support. It seems they now have amended and paid me for last month and this month's now, so hoping everything is ok from now on.
Anyway, a big thanks @KxMx @TimeLord1, @Spoonie_Turtle and all others who replied. Really appreciate the replies and what to do about things, you've been great! Thank you.
If I can ask one more question before I am set, is there a way to have them send you a text and an email if the journal needs to be kept an eye on. I'll try and keep remembering to log into the journal. Not sure what stuff they ask you or whatever from time to time but heard it's important, but I only get an email (and even that failed one time when there was a reply from them). So just hoping I could catch it.
I hope these posts help someone else if they are going through similar anyway. Thanks again everyone!0 -

Thanks again everyone!There's an option to choose whether you want to be contacted by email or text, although you should have been asked the same question when you were making your UC application.Login to your UC accountHome > Report A Change > Contact DetailsFollow the prompts, enter your email address and telephone number (although it refers to "new email address" I just re-entered my email address, I don't know if you can leave this blank) and then you can add / change your Contact Preference to / from email or text.1 -
Did you setup via telephone?
When you open the account, it should offer contact option by phone or email you click whatever I don't believe you can choose both. Also check your email spam box just incase everything is being marked as spam or junk.
