Once the LCWRA is added and underpayment confirmed via Journal letter, payment will be sent within a few working days.

What section of the UC account does the OP have to check—work plan, commitments, or payments?

@TimeLord1 next time it's due I assume a similar time to last time but not sure. Last time it was the 6th on the statement. I don't know how to find when next one is due.

When LCWRA has been added this will trigger UC to look at the previous award and calculate how much they owe OP.

A letter will be added stating the underpayment amount onto the Journal, and this will be found on the Journal messages main screen.
A message with a pdf link for the letter is put onto that section.

A new version of previous statement will be added alongside the old one on the Payments section.

Go to the Payments section in your account, and you'll see a screen with your dates like this
